Okay, here's my current routine (as of 1/3/2006): (I've been on BE for about a month and a half now. For the first month I was taking EPO instead of WY, but switched after a rash formed. I spent a month prior to what I consider my start of BE adding the herbs to my system. I added one every week.) Fenugreek, Wild Yam, Saw Palmetto, and Flax Seed Oil...1000 mg of each, three times a day (morning, afternoon, and night). I massage 1-2 times daily, most often before bed with normal lotion (I haven't been able to get myself on the batter ingredients yet) and then applying heat. I only apply heat at night because that's when I have the time. I'm off at college, so morning massages are sometimes hard to squeeze in before class. Additionally, I do callanetics and crunches and some arm work-outs, but nothing too, too hardcore in the field of fitness. And that's about it for now... I am now massaging with a boobie batter consisting of virgin olive oil and fennel extract and everything is looking positive, so hopefully I'm on the right track.
