Well, I've bought Tobustan and while I realize this may not be the best stuff, I have it now, so I'm going to stick with it. Here's what I'm currently doing;
Taking tobustan capsules 3x a day(on empty stomach!) 1 Tbsp. flax oil each day 1 multivitamin each day Massaging 2x a day
Now I'm currently massaging with unrefined shea butter- there is no peticular reason for this except I already had it at home- Does anyone see a problem with this? Iam also not convinced of which massage technique to go with. Wahaika has suggested taking borage oil and fenugreek as well- but how much to take? Anyone have an opinion on this matter? Also, when is the best time of day for me to be taking the flax oil?
I haven't done stats yet because it is just too depressing to measure. I think I'll just get a bra that currently fits and see if I begin filling it out more. I think I qualify as an AA., although I wear a padded 32A. I am 30 yrs.old, 120lbs., 5.4 tall and have had 3 kids. Even when I was nursing, I barely fit into a B cup! Anyways, I have been doing this routine for about 3 weeks now,no growth of course, and I'd love any hints or suggestions, Thanks!

I had used tobustan also and when i added 2 fenugreek and 1 SP a day I noticed a big difference. I ended up dropping the tobustan because it had other things in it that I didn't need. It really takes a full cycle before you see or even feel anything, at least that was the way it is for me. The second full cycle is when I noticed alot of growth. Right now I am following prettysoulfuls routine and I seem to have more pains than I did before. I am starting my 2nd cycle on this routine and so far I have grown a teensy bit. I also barely filled out a B when I was nursing. I hope your routine works. Let us know how it goes.

I forgot to add that it is good about the tobustan because it got your body more used to the herbs although I would maybe take 1 fenugreek a day for a couple of days then go up to 2 and then do the same with the SP. If you start to have alot of pains then stick with the doses you are at. I stall pretty easy, I think because I am so small so I only take either 3 or 4 fenugreek a day depending on my cycle. Also I am saving the rest of my tobustan for when I am all done so I can ramp down and then just take those for a couple of months so maybe I will be able to keep all of what I have gained. I think it was HonEB who said your glands have to stay pumped up or something long enough for fat to go there and stay so your boobs will stay. HonEB correct me if I am wrong, I think that was the gist of what you said but I don't always remember things correctly.

Borage Oil - take one 1 gram capsule before bed at night.
Take your flax with meals or with your multi.

So I finally found fenugreek which was very difficult to do as I live in a very rural area, and then I realized it is a fenugreek/thyme combo! Is there a problem with taking the thyme? This is all so complicated and discouraging not knowing what on earth these herbs could potentially do - negative side effects- and so much conflicting info on this site! Help!!!

I'd say try ordering the fenugreek online if you can. . . there are lots of websites you can try, including vitacost.com, vitaminshoppe.com, iherb.com etc etc. I don't know about the fenugreek/thyme combo. . .

well here's my Update; I am still taking tobustan, but had no growth pain after the 3rd week so I added some extras. Each tobustan pill contains; -fenugreek extract 220 mg -saw palmetto 350 mg -fennel seed 200 mg -L-Tyrosine 130 mg -mexican wild yam 200 mg -kelp 90 mg -damiana leaf 50mg -dong quai root 50 mg -mother's wort 48mg -blessed thistle 150 mg
So here's what I have ramped up to; Morning , afternoon & evening- one of each- 1 tobustan capsule 500mg saw palmetto 500 mg wild yam 500 mg fenugreek
I did feel more growing pains at first but nothing the last few days. When I actually miss one "serving" I tend to get more pains so I think I'll maybe drop the afternoon one? Also I still have no idea when to be taking all these vitamins- today I took the multivitamin, flax oil, b-complex and borage oil all at lunch time but I just don't know if that is what I'm supposed to be doing. I'm not massaging with anything yet. It all smells so bad and I'm trying to be discreet, which has been difficult as it is with all this pill popping. I'm not sure where to go from here. There's no growth so far, and perhaps a little bit of fullness. Thanks for any help you can give me. I've been doing more reading of old posts, and not sure that this is going to work for me. I am however storing oodles of fat on my belly since starting BE and wishing it would go elsewhere! Chat with you all later....

February 6,2006 So I've been on BE for about 2.5 months now and the main concern is that I KEEP gaining weight and no, it's not in the boobs. About 12 lbs. in a short time, and I honestly feel terrible. I don't want to give up on this, and I would like to do a cleanse of some sort but not sure what to go with. I gather that if I do a liver cleanse it should be done week one of my cycle. I have only ever been this heavy while pregnant and I just don't feel good. Any suggestions? Please? I'm so sad... Much appreciation to all... fm1

Awww....Sorry you are not feeling good! Maybe your mix of herbs are not working for you. Try skin brushing....there are threads with info on this in the off topic folder. Also, be careful of the foods you are eating, stick to healthy proteins (stay away from processed meats, cheeses etc.) Eat heaps of veggies and fruits. Limit caffine as well.
I recently tried a detox that on day 1. drink only homemade fruit juices, water. Day 2. same but add veggies. Day 3. Same add fruit. Day 4. same add brown rice. Day 5. Same add bean, lentils. Day 6. Same, add fish.
Your skin will clear up and you will feel rejuvinated! (first couple of days are tiring) If you are interested make sure you take the week off of herbs and take only meds that are necessary.

I did a SERIOUS BO routine..which failed miserably (was sick, tired, yech!). Maybe herbs are better for you. You shouldn't be gaining weight this fast if you are using the best stuff for your BE. Wen'

Thanks Islandgirl & Wen! The thing is that I do eat healthy!The Last month I've turned to the cassein/wheat/gluten free diet also which I thought would make me loose a bit . No processed foods whatsoever!Not even milk or breads, so I don't think the healthy part is the problem. The last week I have switched to taking only 2 fenugreek & 1 saw palmetto twice a day. No change yet in how I feel. It just doesn't seem right that I would pack on the pounds so fast . I am thinking I will go on a break to lose 20 lbs and then try a new routine, but the same thing could just reoccur... No fair that I have to choose one or the other! fm1

Something that I did stopped the weight gain and brought me back to where I started... I wish I knew what that was. Do you work out? I also changed to a diet like yours, then increased the intensity of my workouts. I think taking cinnamon tabs helped, because I was getting "growing pains" in the fat of my belly until I started taking them.
