Since your period didn't come, just pick a day and start with low dosages. It's likely that your periods will be offset a little more when you start BE anyways. I would also suggest (being that you are new to BE), that you do not add faster than an herb/ week so you can begin to see if you'll have any negative side effects and so you'll have a better idea of which herb is the culprit.
Good luck.

I agree with Wen , start with one herb at a time. Some women have reactions to certain herbs. Some can not take fenugreek so they switch to fennel. Or you can dowse I've done Pammy's routine, Greenbush, and BO . All seperate and for at least 6 months at a time. Grew 2 inches lost 2.5 Dowsing now, I'm on completely different herbs and have grown the 2 inches back. That's why I keep on saying "what may work for some , may not work for others"

what do you mean by start one herb at a time. i was thinking i would do this week 1- one fenugreek week 2 - one f in the morn and one in the afternoon week3- 3 fenugreek (morn, afternoon, night) i will be introducinq new herbs as weeks pass by
is this too slow or is it better if i do this week 1 day 1- one f day 2 - 2 f day 3 - 3 f i will be introducinh new herbs as days pass by
basically in the first one its madredesitiete's ramping technique but a day's routine=week's routine the second one is a carbon copy of madredesiete's routine
which one do you recommend?

For you,
week 1 - one fenugreek per day week 2 - one f in the morn and one in the afternoon (2 per day) week 3- 3 fenugreek (morn, afternoon, night) (3 per day) etc.
Any plans for a massage batter & routine as part of it?

At the top of this section (Routines) there is a thread of Booby Batters. I would recommend any of those. My wife, madredesiete, used the one listed under that post.
If you use DMSO, there are some threads on that and how you need to make sure your surface is CLEAN of everything, including soap residue.
I also recommend that you do not apply the drop or two of DMSO until the end of the massage when the batter is already massaged in, just before you apply heat for 15 minutes. DMSO should be the last thing on, not mixed with the rest of the booby batter.
