For the last three weeks I've been using the new Mirifem capsules and the Mirifem FPC cream.

1 caps at night
cream 2x am & pm

Starting diameter 10.25" (right only)
Starting bust measurement 43"
starting overbust measurement 38"


Current Diameter 10.5"
Current bust 43.5"
Current overbust 37.5"

I need to drop some weight (obviously) so will be switching to cream only and adding a homeopathic HGH enhancer.

Fawn- with the new mirifem capsules,because the dosage is 1 cap per day how is someone to regulate the dosage to suit ones body.

HulaGrl - Something from a company called Dreamus. I just started this two days ago. Some extra energy, but nothing else fantastic at this point.

Zany - I have been taking one capsule per day per the directions. This is a test formula that hasn't been released.

Same as hulagirl, i'm curious to find out about mirifem capsules. I need to know whether P.Mirrifica does the magic or not ..
I learned this herbs is very potent and should not be consume with other herbs that can produce estrogen.
