Well, here it is -
Began on September 5, so it's almost been two weeks.
Beginning at a barely 34A (it would really be a 33A, but they don't make bands that size) and wanting to be a 34B! (Is that too much to ask???)
Height: 5'5" Weight: 130 lbs, recently gained 10 lbs (not due to NBE), so normal weight is 120 lbs
Currently using Greenbush herbs
Morning 575mg Fenugreek x2 575mg Wild Yam x2 575mg Saw Palmetto x2
Late Afternoon
575mg Fenugreek x1 575mg Wild Yam x1 575mg Saw Palmetto x1
Evening
575mg Fenugreek x2 575mg Wild Yam x2 575mg Saw Palmettox2 Flax/Fish/Borage Oil, 400mg of each in one capsule x1 1 cup Fennel tea flavored with small stick of cinnamon
Massage each evening alternating batters each day: Extra Virgin Coconut Oil with Fenugreek powder or Lotion base with Fennel powder
Massage followed by heating pad for 20 minutes.
Just a couple of notes:
This is my second try with Greenbush herbs - the first time I was too impatient and stopped. I'm determined to keep at it for at least 3-4 months this time!
Buying whole Fennel seeds from an Asian foods store is pretty inexpensive; that's what I use for the tea.
I'm going to add a third simple batter recipe to my routine, consisting of emu oil and fennel powder + fenugreek powder.
I'm going to start listening to that hypnosis stuff, maybe twice a week (more if I have the time - it's about a half hour long).
I have to confess that I love the smell of the extra virgin coconut oil and sometimes want to taste it! ;D
I think I can see and feel some fullness, maybe even a little more roundness, but it's probably too soon to tell. Bras still fit pretty much the same. Breasts, especially nipples, are pretty sore most of the time. Trying to remain braless at home. I'll keep you all posted!

A couple of things I forgot to add:
I did try SBS (Small Breast Solutions) at one point, and it did not work for me.
I do try to exercise regularly - about 1-2 miles on the treadmill each day, lift hand weights about twice a week and just began Callanetics about twice a week. Before I recently began pigging out for no reason that I can see, I was trying to lose those extra 10 pounds by going with high-fiber cereals in the morning, a high-protein meal replacement shake in the afternoon and the proverbial "sensible dinner" in the evening. As of late I've been eating everything in sight (and no, there's no chance that I could be pregnant).

Just an update This is Week 6 with Greenbush herbs. . . I ramped down around week 4 because of an irregular (early!) period and this awful, awful fatigue I just can't seem to shake. So now I'm down to: Morning Saw Palmetto 575 mg, 1 capsule Wild Yam 575 mg, 1 capsule Fenugreek 575 mg, 1 capsule Evening Saw Palmetto 575 mg 1 capsule Wild Yam 575 mg 1 capsule Fenugreek 1 capsule Flax/Fish/Borage Oil 1 capsule Fennel Tea For the last two weeks I've been massaging only sporadically. . . am planning on getting back on schedule with that. I'm not using the measuring tape right now because I don't really see a difference other than maybe - MAYBE some more roundness underneath. But overall, really no difference . Not even tingling. So now, I ordered Mirifem from Fawn and received it a day or two ago - YAY! - (and thank you, Fawn). I will begin the capsules on the first day of my period (that means I will have been on Greenbush single herbs for 2 months. . . maybe I should give them another month, but I'm getting so impatient for a positive sign). I started using the cream last night. Will let you all know how things are going with this. . . btw, the cream massages in really easily. . . doesn't smell bad, either. Peachy

Day 5 of the Mirifem cream. Breasts feel there is something more to them, somehow. . . they don't look any bigger, certainly aren't filling out the bra any more, but during massage they feel different. . . maybe a little heavier? I had taken a 3 day break off of the internals b/c I was too darn tired. . . started back up and will take it slooooow. 1 575 mg capsule each of Saw Palmetto, Wild Yam and Fenugreek in the morning. That's it. We'll see how that goes for a few days and then I might ramp up. I'm due for my period in a week, but the herbs have thrown off my cycle, so I'm not sure. Will begin Mirifem capsules the first day of my period.
I'll update again if I have any news!

So I finally took the hormonal imbalance test and the body type test. I've been meaning to do it forever, just didn't get around to it. . . SO:
Body Type: Nurturer Hormonal Imbalance: seems like I'm progesterone deficient or have estrogen dominance
I just ordered a progesterone cream and am waiting for it to arrive. Is it okay that it's progesterone from soy? Is there any other kind available?
Still massaging with Mirifem cream. . . that tube really lasts a looooong time (although granted, I'm only massaging once a day). Still on Voluptas. No change yet, but I'm hopeful still!

Update on my routine, since I suppose it has changed somewhat. . .
I ramped down to taking one capsule of the Voluptas 3x a day, instead of 2 caps 2x a day. I'm massaging with the Mirifem once a day, and a few times a week I will also do a "pre-massage" with the coconut oil + fenugreek powder before I shower. I have begun using the wild yam deodorant Buffy mentioned. . . it deodorizes okay, but for anyone thinking of this, it is not an anti-perspirant! Plus I am using a small amount of progesterone cream each night, massaged into my wrists or behind my knees. I have ordered the Innertalk NBE CDs, will be getting them by the middle of next week, I think.
Also continuing my flax/fish/borage oil capsule each night. I think it does help my hair, if nothing else.
Also taking hair, skin and nails multi.
Any feedback/opinions, let me know!

Peachy, I'm just wondering why you only using the Mirifem cream once a day, instead of twice like it says. I have been using it since Nov 16, twice a day and haven't noticed anything yet. Also, where did you get the wild yam deo? I use crystal natural deoderant and yes, I know, it's not an antiperspirent either so sometimes ya gotta use a little regular.

Peachy, Please keep us updated on how you like the InnerTalk CD's. I'd be interested to know.

Stilltrying, Buffy -
Sorry to get back to you so late. . . to answer your questions -
I'm using the Mirifem cream once a day basically because of time issues. I'd use it more if I had more time. . . but I don't. I'm lucky if I get 5-6 hours of sleep a night.
I got the wild yam deodorant from vitaminshoppe.com (Jason's Wild Yam Deodorant and also Avalon Wild Yam Deodorant). I have indeed discovered that I have to use some of the regular stuff on top of this.
Regarding the Innertalk CDs. . . well, to be honest, I'm not that impressed with the quality of the recording for the BE CDs (the excel in exams recording sounds much clearer). There's a sort of scratchy quality to it that sounds more like an audio tape. I bought both the music and nature sounds CD. . . and you can actually hear the words on the nature sounds CD, so it's not like I can play that with other people popping in and out of my room. The music CD is better. So far I've listened to each about 15-16 times. . . I play them at night, too. I haven't noticed a change. In fact. . .
I'VE SHRUNK! Not b/c of the CDs. . . it's just post-period deflation, but it's got my spirits deflated too. I need help! Any advice is welcome. . .
Thanks,
Peachy

Just an update. . . I'm still using the Voluptas, since I have it. Not noticing much of a change (although I'm in my luteal swelling phase right now, so that's good). Been using progesterone cream for the two weeks before my period, hoping to get some glandular growth, but I don't know if it's working. I think I'll need to give it a couple more cycles. Incidentally, I came across a website where the lady was talking about using wild yam natural progesterone cream on her breasts - and that apparently made them grow. I thought we weren't supposed to apply it directly to the breasts? www.all-natural.com/wildyam.htmlAnyway, I had been taking 1 capsule of Voluptas 2x daily (AM and PM) for about 1 month. . . I have now ramped up and am taking 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening. *sigh* We'll see. I might get back on the Mirifem bandwagon (still massaging once daily with Mirifem cream) OR I may try Bountiful Breasts (I remember that worked for Fawn, but I'm just leery of putting ground-up cow ovaries inside me. . . call me crazy). Input is appreciated! Peachy

Peachy,
I didn't see a stats page for you. How much have you grown since you started BE?

.... Incidentally, I came across a website where the lady was talking about using wild yam natural progesterone cream on her breasts - and that apparently made them grow. I thought we weren't supposed to apply it directly to the breasts? Ah-ha! This is why you're asking about progesterone on the breasts. First of all, wild yam cream's active ingredient is diosgenin- which so many sources say isn't true progesterone. So, it could very well be the wild yam itself cauing the growth. USP (micro-scopic progesterone) on the breasts could very well cause immediate decrease because its very action in the body doesn't allow uptake estrogen/fat-storage, in fact decreases uptake. So for glandular stimulation/growth, use progesterone systematically (thin-skinned places on the body), but not on the breasts that you're trying to buffer up. Wen'

Voluptas Update, for what it's worth: in a nutshell, it hasn't worked for me. I gave it a shot, since I spent the money on it and figured it would be good info for the rest of the board to have, but I began mid-November and it has now been a little over 3 months with no change. Sure, I get the little cyclical swelling that everyone gets, but nothing special. As soon as I'm done with the bottle I'll start up on regular individual herbs again and try to focus a bit more on the massage.
Glad to be seeing some of the recent successes. Keep it up!
