June 18, 2005 - start date 2100mg BO (4x525mg - Bountiful Breasts) 450mg oregano
Boob Batter 4 drops Saw Palmetto 3 drops Wild Yam 3 drops Dong Quai 2 drops mandrake Aloe
Outward, 4min left side, 6 min right side, 10 min heat x 2/day
July 25th - changes to boob batter 2100mg BO (4x525mg - Bountiful Breasts) 450mg oregano
Boob Batter 3 Dong Quai 3 Wild Yam 3 fenugreek 2 mandrake Aloe Inward, 350L 400R, 20min heat x 2/day
(added fenugreek and took away SP from massage batter)
August 2 - addition to routine 30g protein (to speed things up)
I dowsed that if I added protien, I could speed up my growth a few months but I would gain a few lbs, which I don't mind.
August 6 2250mg BO (15 x 150mg) 450mg oregano
Boob Batter no change
I finished my bottles of BB and started using another brand of BO which required more pills/day.

I was really bad a keeping up with the above routine. I did good with the pills but hardly massaged or took protein. When I ran out of Oregano pills, I ended up putting off getting more for a long time. On November 21, 2005, I decided to give it another go and really keep up with everything. A few things have changed since my last routine. I dowse and with my last routine I asked what was the fast, healthiest, safest w/ least amount of weight gain. Well i decided to leave out the least amount of weight gain part since. W/ that change, a few more things got added. So here's my new routine: AM7 pills BO (150mg ea) 2 pills Bilberry (160mg ea) Protein MassageAloe 1 drop Mandrake 2 drops Wild Yam 2 drops Saw Palmetto 3 drops Dong Quai 4 drops Fenugreek inward rotation 300 left/350 right 10 mins med/hi heat Hypnosis Remotehypnosis.com PM8 pills BO (150mg ea) 1 pill Bilberry (160mg ea) 1 pill Yellow Dock (500mg ea) 1 pill Oregano (450mg) Massagesame as AM I'm doing waaaayy better this time around. Keeping up with all the pills, massages, etc.
