Hi I haven't posted my routine yet so here goes.
Morning: 1 Fenugreek 620 mgs 1 Wild Yam 375 mgs 3 Saw Palmetto 480 mgs
I massage with Fennel and Aloe vera gel followed with heat for about 20 minutes
Afternoon: 1 Fenugreek 620 mgs 1 Wild Yam 375 mgs 3 Saw Palmetto 480 mgs
Nighttime: 1 Fenugreek 620 mgs 3 Saw Palmetto 480 mgs I massage with either fenugreek or fennel and then use a heating pad for about 20 minutes to a half of an hour.
I also use Butchers Broom for the veins in my legs. I have just started using this about one week ago.
So my totals are: Fenugreek 1860 mgs Wild Yam 750 mgs Saw Palmetto 1440 mgs I have not been taking a multi vitamin but I think I will start. This has worked very well for me. Istarted as a AA and AAA and now I am a very small B and a medium A. I have been doing this since June 1,2005. Up until now it has been working but I seem to have stalled so I will try something else. In the beginning I was doing very good as far as no soda and no tea but when I read that you could have it as long as it was not around when you take you herbs so I have been slipping up some now. I am going to go back to the way I did it in the beginning and see. I will keep this updated.

No I didn't because I had been using Tobustan so I thought that my body already was used to herbs so I just started taking them.

Hulagirl- Hi,and Congrats on your growth! Are you currently on BC?? Because I am,and I want to know if it's safe to take these herbs while on BC. OH..and how do your make you lotions?? You mentioned what you use,but how did you MAKE it? ALSO...Do you break out at all? And do you have any other side effects??? Thanks! -Pebbles

Pebbles, Thank you! No I am not taking bC so I don't know how they affect that. Maybe Wen or Fawn knows about that. I usually put some Aloe Vera Gel in my hand and then put one dropperful of Fennel or Fenugreek, mix it together and put it on. This time around I don't think I will be using Fenugreek, it smells too much. And yes I did break out....alot. My face seemed to clear up after about a month or so but my chest is all broke out.( I put make-up on for the pics because they are not so pretty right now). I have noticed that right before I have a growth spurt then I break out really bad so it's kinda sick but now if I break out then I am like, "Yeah they're going to grow and I'm measuring constantly to see how much". The only other side effect that I had is that my legs would swell but I have that problem anyway so it just made it worse. Hulagirl

hulagirl so it was like full blown acne? BOOOOOOOOO That sucks that you break out while doing BE.dammit..lol..Oh well,its a small price to pay for a long term gift I guess. Thanks for gettin back to me! I'll ask Wen or Fawn about the BC info.Thanks! -pebbles

I started a new routine. The last one I grew on but my legs couldn't take all of the swelling, so here is what I'm taking now.
Chasteberry 450 mgs Guggul extract 1,500 mgs Hops 840 mgs Partridge berry 1 ml Magnesium 600 mgs Potassium 200 mgs Multi Vit 2 a day ( iron free)
In the morning I do massage in the shower with just soap and no heat.
At night I do massage with Hops and then put saran wrap on and do heat for abot 10 min. I leave the saran wrap on all night, I don't know if you're supposed to do that or not.
My routine is a little different than what everyone is taking because of my legs but I'm optimistic that it will work. (Thanks Wen!)
I am still ramping up as I just started back from break this week so I haven't as of yet taken everything. So far I have been having lots of pains and itching, I had pains during break but not any itching so I am hoping that it's starting to work. Oh I did a LC on break and did Progesterone cream the last week of break. So that's it, I will keep everyone posted.

Oh I forgot, I am drinking two protein drinks a day, trying to cut back on carbs and trying really hard to not have sweet tea. I am also drinking a gallon of water a day.

I changed things a little bit because I haven't gotten in the patrtidge berry and the hops yet. So here is what I am doing until the rest of my stuff gets here.
Fennel 450 mgs X 4 2- morning, 2- night Vitex/ Chasteberry 225 mgs X 2 1- morning, 1- night Multi-vitamin
Starting yesterday I have taken:
msm 1,000 mgs X 3 (morn, afternoon and night) Vitamin C 1,000 X 3 (morn, afternoon and night)
I dropped the Guggul because it gave me the runs, the mag/pot I dropped because it went along with the Guggul.
Massage in the shower with soap/ no heat.
Nighttime I have been using hops and fenugreek alternating but no saran wrap, I read that maybe it is not a good idea. If anybody has any ideas on that I would appreciate it.
Still trying to drink a gallon of water a day and 2 protein drinks a day.
I'm not having any pains or anything so we will see what happens. Will keep you posted.

I don't seem to be growing as much as I think I should be so maybe someone would have some ideas for me. I started this at the end of November on day one of that period. I take: (these are my totals) Fenugreek 1,860 mgs (1 morn,noon and night) Wild Yam 700 mgs (1 morn and noon) SP 320 mgs of extract (night only) Multi Vitamin (1 in morn.) Hair and Nail vitamin (1 at noon) Vitamin C 1,000-2,000 a day L-lysine 3,000 mgs (2 morn, noon and night) I havent' been good about drinking protein shakes. They taste so bad that it makes me feel sick to my stomach at the very thought of having to drink it. I have been trying to up my protein with eating more red meat though. I massage every night with Mirifem cream and 10-15 minutes of heat. No massage in the morning ( no time) I am taking the L-lysine because I keep getting cold sores so bad. Right now I have one on my lip that is threatening to take over my entire lip. If I go down to only 1 a day then i get a cole sore. I get them on my eyes and in my nose also so usually when I get one it starts popping up all over my face. i used to get them like this when I was a kid so it must b something to do with my hormones. I am really frustrated because I am STILL an 8 on one side and a 7 1/2 on the other. I don't know if this is as big as I am going to get. This is the size I was when I was pregnant and nursing so maybe this is what my body has in it. I jsut so wanted to be a full C. I don't know what else to do to help this along. My anniversary is in a couple of weeks and we're going away for a week with no kids and I really wanted to be a full B or a baby C by then. I am so annoyed with this and just about ready to throw in the towel, if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it so much. Thanks for your support and input. Hulagirl

Hulagirl I am not the one to be giving you any advice, but perhaps I could offer some encouragement! I have to say that you have been an inspiration to me when I see what you have accomplished so far. Even if you don't get bigger, I say that going from an AA to a B cup is pretty amazing! As for your anniversary, just getting away alone with your man for a whole week is so awesome, never mind having B cups too! I'm so jealous! Maybe you need a break from BE to relax and give your bod a break from the herbs. I know how you feel about being discouraged, but don't give up, maybe just take a well deserved break! fm1

fm1, Thank you for responding. I really thought a B was alot bigger than it is. I now know why women keep going to the D an DD range. I know I am never going to have as full of breasts as my kids do ( I'm 35 and breast fed both) but I wanted them big so that I wouldn't still feel like I need to wear a padded bra. I went to VS and bought a sexy thing to wear when we are away and it looks okay but I wanted to look hot in it. Granted my husband will think that but I wanted to think it also. You know what I mean. Anyway sorry for rambling, I'm just in a funk (AF's here) As far as a break, I took one from my period in October to November so I think I am good on that. This last month in my picture(I take one every month on the same day so I can see if there is any changes) I was bigger than ever before but it went away after AF. It was great, I was a very full B but it shrunk back and this month I didn't get as big so I don't know what is going on. Anyway thanks so much.
