Right now, I'm a 32C, and can also fit some 34B's. When I started, my measurements would have had me in a 32A, but I was never able to fit a 32A, I was comfortable in a 32B. Now, I would wear a 32C, but I don't often wear a bra, so I haven't gone through the trouble to upgrade yet. I'll shop for a bra after one year on BE. Hopefully I will be a 32DD by then, hehehe!
As to my pains, mine are usually tissue soreness, some deep pains, and they're definitely tender to the touch and movement. I've always gotten some breast tenderness before my cycle, but I'd have to say that the discomfort is up a notch. Unlike many women here, I can not recall much of my puberty growth experiences, but the pain I feel now is more like when I was expecting. It does have a pattern. First I swell a bit, then I become just a little tender, then I swell more and become very tender over the next 2-3 days, then I become less tender, but the swelling stays until my cycle ends.

WOW I am new here and your routine inspires me!! I like your routine, and would like to use everything exactly as you have. If you have the time, would you mind telling me all the name brands of all the products that you are using. Like fenugreek capsules, what company is it from? Can I buy these products at a Wamart or are they only sold at places like GNC? Thanks a million in advance, Feli

fhforever19,
I use Nature's Way Fenugreek, in 610mg capsules, I use Paradise Herbs Saw Palmetto in 320mg capsules, I use Natural Factors WellBetX Fish Oil with Borage Oil.
Right now I use Simply One Women by Super Nutrition for my multivitamin, and Country Life Maxi Hair for a hair, skin, and nail supplement.
I am able to get all of my herbs and supplement from iherb.com for much less than I pay locally, and there is no shipping for orders over $20, which your order will be if you get the herbs to start.
This routine has been pretty helpful for me, but I also massage and have been using heat after for the past month. Be sure to include that because that is the best way to stimulate prolactin, which you can't supplement, and the heat aromatizes the testosterone in you breast so that it is converted to estrogen to help promote breast growth.

Feli Best way to think about it is to come up with a regimen which will put you in good health and grow boobs. If you have PMS or little breast glands, consider use of prog. cream. You'll need a estrogenic source(s). Many herbs have dual uses, so you'll have to see what works well for your system. Then you'll need massage, perhaps, for prolactin stimulation. That's most of it in a nutshell. There's a list I had going in Alt Methods folder for herbs to consider. It's pinned at the top of the folder. Wen'

Well, actually by my 3rd month I had gotten a little over 1.5". I'll have to take a look at your routine, but I'm sure with all the good advice on here, there won't be much I can add. If I think of something, I will put it under your routine, okay?
