Hi all, I have been using the same routine now for almost 6 months. I have made no changes, but I have added a few things. I'll list it as I have used it most of the time, and then include my additions. My RoutineFenugreek capsules: 610-620 mg 2 capsules - 3 times per day I take them without food because taking them with food caused me to be pretty bloaty.Saw Palmetto extract capsules: 320 mg 1 capsule - 1 time per day Was taking it mid-day until I read about the suggestion to take a dose of herbs before bed. Now I take it before bed.Multivitamin/mineral supplement: 2 tablets daily(or per directions) Breast massages: Daily, often several times throughout the day. I try to do about 100 per breast before bed. In the evenings, I usually massage with virgin coconut oil then after my massage I rub on a lotion with fenugreek dissolved in it. I alternate between inward and outward rotations. Now for Additions!Borage Oil: 1000-1300mg/200-312mg GLA 1 or 2 per day depending on the brand. Right now I'm taking a brand that combines the borage with my fish oil. Uber convenient! Heat after massage: 15 minutes of low to medium heat with a bean bag or heat pad after my massages. Astounding effect! So far, I have had a 2 inch bustline increase. I started at 33 inches and am now at 35 inches during my post-menstrual phase. I originally wanted 3 inches of growth, but have recently decided to make a goal of 5 inches of growth. It may be asking a lot, but a girl can dream.

That's when you get some growth then you want more & more & more & more!!!! Good luck, we need to hear more success stories on here!

No, I don't dowse. Considered it a bit, but as long as what I'm doing is working, I won't add it to my routine.
I guess I'm a trial & error, but I seem to have started off with exactly what works for me, so I haven't had to change anything. I've added some things in hopes of making each month produce more growth. I know, I'm getting pretty greedy.
I read all through the Greenbush site before I started. It was very helpful. But I just didn't feel a need to add wild yam or fennel. Fenugreek has tons of diosgenin which is the main component of wild yam, and the same goes for fennel. And after discovering iHerb.com I wasn't worried about finding good herbs for cheap.
I have to admit, I had serious doubts that such a simple routine would work. But, I'm happy that it has, so far.

Thanks for sharing with us, I'm getting ready to start my routine & didn't react so well to Wild Yam, interesting to know that you dont' use it.
About your massages, what kind of massaging do you do? Do you use inward, outward, combonation of both? How do you make your massage lotion with fenugreek? Just curious!

Wow! You've grown really nicely and you haven't even been taking a lot of stuff. Maybe i should consider dropping some as i feel it's too much.
Congratulation for your growth!!! Satu

In the beginning, I only massaged outward because I was doing it to clean my breasts of toxins. When I found this site and read that inward was preferred, I researched a bit and found that outward is for dispelling toxins and inward encourages growth. So, I decided to compromise. I massage throughout the day, as well as at night, some of the time I massage outward, other times I massage inward. I've seen an improvement since I started massaging inward, but I added borage oil (orally) and heat after my massages at the same time, so I can't be too sure what caused it. I tend to believe that it was the heat as I would have some amazing spurts in size overnight, literally. The day after, I would see significant fullness, and a continuation of the tenderness that I associate with growth spurts.
I really believe that using a good vitamin/mineral supplement has had a positive effect on my growth. I tried BE almost 2 years ago, and didn't have any success. I only did it for 2 months, but I didn't respond like this at all. I started supplementing about a month before I started BE, and have had a good experience this entire time.

Satu, Please keep something in mind, before you can grow breasts your body needs to be receptive to it as in "healthy". If you're dowsing for the healthiest and fastest way to grow than you may need some remediation first. Prettysoulful has the right idea in that she conditioned her body prior to starting her NBE regimen. She came up with a well thought out plan beforehand, added new items and activities gradually and is not fixing it if it isn't broken. Prettysoulful, you hooked up with something that worked right out of the gate this time. In a sense you made your own luck, congratulations.

You said that you felt that your vitamin/mineral supplement helped prepare your body for growth...what do you take, is it a multivitamin pill like Centrum? Thanks for all the help!

Actually I started with Ultra Mega Gold by GNC and a hair, skin, nail supplement by Country Life called Maxi Hair. I still use the Maxi Hair, but have changed to another multi called Simply One by Super Nutrition. Natural and food-based is best if you can get it.

prettysoulful,
I'm trying to figure out what the daily dosage you are taking for Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, and Borage Oil. Is this correct?:
Fenugreek = 3720mg daily
Saw Palmetto = 320mg daily
Borage Oil = 1300mg daily

I'm taking fenugreek(3270mg) and SP(3000mg) right now but I use Flax oil(2500mg) instead of borage oil and I've had pain since day 3 so I guess my routine works the same way yours does.I've ordered WY too and EPO,I haven't received them yet but now that I see that this already works I wish I had not been so eager coz I might not need them at all.Did you have breast pain since the first week too?

I'm taking about 3600mg of fenugreek because I'm using the 610mg version. I'm thinking of dropping one per day to see if I will still have growth at 3000 mg per day. I'm also taking 1000mg of the borage oil right now as that is how much is contained in the fish oil capsules I'm taking now. I've only been using the borage oil for a month or so now, so I'm not sure how much is needed or even if it is. I started using it to help with cramps, which it seems to do, and feel that it must have a role in my BE with that type of affect on my cycle.
Yes, I had breast pain pretty soon after starting my herbs, and swelling, but I didn't wait until the beginning of my cycle to start the herbs like they advise on here. 2-3 weeks later I started my cycle, and my swelling went down. I thought it had all gone away, but didn't realize until months later, that each time I deflated, a little size was left behind. That is still how it works for me.

prettysoulful,
What growth pains did you experience? Deep pains, itching, tissue soreness, and/or tingling? And did you experience these growth signs consistantly throughout the 6 months?
