My current routine (from flattofab ebook):
Stats:
5'2, 107 lbs (trying to lose another 5 lbs,) Asian, not really there 32A
Morning: 2 Saw Palmetto 1 Red Clover 1 Fenugreek 1/2 dropper of Licorice & 1/2 dropper of Hops mixed with my coconut butter cream. - Cleavage cream Breast massage
Afternoon: S/A/A without the cream and massage.
Evening: S/A Morning
It's been three weeks, and I haven't seen or felt any changes. I used to weigh 96 lbs, then jumped to almost 120, and now at my current weight. With the decrease, I lost alot of my breast fat. Now that most of the Asian friends I have are going in for implants, it's made me more self-conscious than I've ever been. I'm going to up the dose on my next period...
Also trying to cut down on my usual pack of cigarettes a day.
Can anyone advise me as to what else I can do for me to see results? As for dowsing, etc., it's an impossibility for me since I work full-time and have night classes. I'm exhausted as is.

So why bother with the effort of BE then if you're so tired and can't think? Does that mean that when your body goes outta whack, you won't be able to think enough that something is wrong and stop what you're doing. Sca-ry. Nah, I know where you're coming from though...on the off chance that this will work, it could be worth the effort. Well, as far as your regimen, it looks good on paper. Really, just give it time. Also, I wouldn't start all of those herbs at the same time. I'd add one atta time to see how my body reacted. You never know..reading your biofields may be easier than you think. So far about 1/2 of the people I know don't have to 'work at it'. It saves, time, money, and believe it or not energy in the long run. Best of' Wen'
