As well as doing this BE routine, I am also trying to gain weight (Im quite thin) using Weider Crash Weight Gain milkshakes 3x a day (each shake has about 350 cals)
ROUTINE
Day 1 + 2 of my 1st cycle

I'm beginning this routine in about 5 days or so when my period begins. Until then I have been massaging progesterone USP cream into my wrists twice a day.
My only problem is I'm travelling around the first day of my period. Is going to be a pain popping all those pills abroad and smelling of fenugreek lol.
I hope to be a 32B sometime within 6 months (I'll be going back to my home country then as Im away now for university, and I hope to have a little something by then)
I hope this is a realistic goal. If you disagree just let me know
