routine:I dowse every day, sometimes more than once.
The first 4 days of my cycle I do a liver cleanse with milk thistle tablets and apple vinager(and LOTS of water)I usually take about 4-5 BO tablets with a high protien meal or shake 3times dailey during the follicular phase. During luteal I take about 5-6 tablets 3 times dailey. Right before bed I take two "triple amino GHF" tablets. Sometimes I take sea kelp, when P indicates it is necessary for thyroid and body temps. I dry massage often throughout the day and night, and massage with olive oil,ground fennel seed, and ground red clover AT LEAST once a day(sometimes twice)for anywhere between 5-15 min. Sometimes adding gentil heat in the form of a towel fresh out of the dryer(looking to upgrade to a heat pad soon).Next cycle I will add Puriara Mirifca in the form of "Merifim" to the folliculer phase of my cycle. I must say having done this for a short time, my nipples are higher(they were VERY unnattractive from breast milk pumps) and the olive oil makes my skin feel really smooth and soft. I did get a couple of strange "pimple-like" bumps in my cleavage area but they faded quickly. Other than that I have not lost, or gained any extra hair, nor has my skin become excessively oily. I excersize 4 days a week with slow (but strenuous)yoga. My breasts feel tighter and firmer. I can actually feel the glands spreading out past my tiny breast tissue in every direction right now, similar to when they first began to prepare for lactation.
