Hi everyone!
I think I will start off by giving a little history of all the natural breast enlargement products/routines I've tried so far.
Last year, starting January 2003, I took the product Complete La Femme for 6 months (this was the OLD formula--in case anyone is curious). Toward the third or fourth month of taking that product I saw no breast growth, so I started adding fenugreek, saw palmetto, the Complete La Femme lotion, and some Natural Curves tablets to my routine, thinking that they would help make some progress. I tried the fenugreek and saw palmetto for a little under two months each, the lotion for one month or so, and the Natural Curves for one month. I saw NO breast growth after taking Complete La Femme for 6 months, even with the addition of other supplements.
So I took a break from natural breast enlargement products for about 6 months. Then I started taking the product Quick Bust in January 2004 (this year). I also purchased a cream called Organika Breast Enahncing, which at first I took every day, but then after took only occassionally (today I still have this cream left!). After taking Quick Bust 5 months, my boyfriend thought that I was acting moody, anxious, and panicky, so he told me to stop taking it in June 2004. I did not want to stop taking it, but I also asked my doctor and some other doctors, and they suggested I stop taking it as well. So I stopped. According to my measurements, my breasts measure 1.5" bigger than before I started taking Quick Bust. But it is very difficult to correctly measure breasts, as many of you know! I did not feel or see any breast growth either. I stopped taking Quick Bust in June 2004.
I took a couple of months break from Quick Bust. Then I started taking it sometime in the middle of August 2004, but then I stopped taking it after about 2 weeks.
What's funny is that after stopping Quick Bust, I still took some monthly breast measurements, and it my breasts were still getting bigger accordint to the measuring tape. When I have time, I will post my measurements and other progress updates.
In the beginning of October 2004 (this month), I started taking Quick Bust again--I only had about half a month's supply left, which I am still taking right now. At the same time, I started taking the product Megabust. It has been about two weeks since I've "restarted" taking Quick Bust and starting taking Megabust. My bottle of Quick Bust is almost out, but I have 5-month's supply of Megabust to finish. I will keep you all updated on my progress.
Wow--I've typed more than I had originally planned! The bottom line is that I ahve tried a couple of products in the past, and they did not work. I am now taking Quick Bust and Megabust, and my Quick Bust will run out soon, but I will continue taking Megabust for another few months. If I made any mistake in typing up my routine here, I will update that as well.

Dear Melody,
i am curious how your progress is going. what is your original cup size and your size now? did you find that anything has worked? are you on birth control? how old are you? have you noticed any weight gain? do you recommend quick bust or no?
i'm new with a lot of questions and even though there are a lot of great suggestions and posts, i still have no idea where to begin with my be program.
thanks,
ds

Hi DS,
Sorry that I did not catch your reply right away. I guess I should have posted another progress update. I took Quick Bust breast enlargement pills for a total of two months, but I took a couple of months break in between the 5th bottle and 6th bottle. I don't see or feel any increase of breast size. I am now taking Megabust, and it's been almost 4 months since I've started taking it. So far, I have not noticed any breast growth.
My original cup size is pretty much the same as it is now, AAA-cup. I don't think any of the products have worked for me. Quick Bust may have added some minor swelling, but nothing signifcant enough for me to refer to as growth. I am on birth control pills right now (Ortho 0.5/35, which is the same as Modicon/Brevicon). I am turning 20 in less than 2 months. I don't know if Quick Bust really worked or not, but my measurements indicated that my breasts are 1.5" bigger than before I started. However, I cannot see or feel the growth, and I can measure my breasts 10 times in 1 minute and come up with 10 different measurements!
I don't know if I would recommend herbal breast enlargement pills in general. There isn't really any real proof that they work. But we're here to find more information, so I am still interested in finding out!

OK, so after countless efforts that resulted in failure, I am going to give herbal breast enlargement ONE last try. I already discussed herbal breast enlargement with a nurse and doctor, so I am ready to start again in a couple of weeks. I just bought red clover blossoms, wild yam root, licorice powder, hops, fenugreek seed, saw palmetto liquid, and red clover tablets. Most of these herbs are whole, so I might have to steep them in teas. I don't seem to have too much hormone imbalance right now--I wish I could take a hormone test, but I don't have the symptoms for a doctor to take a hormone test from me. I might ask again, but I feel kind of stupid asking for something so trivial when my health is well. I'm flat-chested, but the nurse and doctor I saw recently both say that it is normal for some women to be flat-chested. I wish I could be happy with the way I am since I am healthy, but I just can't with such a flat chest--I'm sure many of you know what I mean. Hope this works, but if not, then I guess I'll have to try a different method or get implants. Good luck with your natural breast enlargement routines, everyone!

OK, so here is my routine for my 1st cycle from Day 5 and on (from 7/31/2005; the first 4 days were spent gradually adding each herb): Morning:
- 1 red clover tablet (250 mg)
- 1 fenugreek tablet (500 mg)
- 1 saw palmetto tablet (1000 mg)
- massage with ½ dropper licorice liquid extract in cleavage cream
Afternoon:
- fenugreek & red clover tea
- 1 fenugreek tablet (500 mg)
- 1 ml saw palmetto liquid extract (by mouth)
Before Bed:
- 1 red clover tablet (250 mg)
- 1 fenugreek tablet (500 mg)
- 1 ml saw palmetto liquid extract (by mouth)
- heating pad 20 min.
- massage with ½ dropper wild yam liquid extract in cleavage cream
I know it seems like my dosages are very low compared to those of everyone else, but a lot of my bottles show that these are the recommended dosages, so I don't want to overdose. If this routine does not work for me, I will add some of my other herbs and supplements next month.

don't be disappointed, I'm sure u'll grow! u just need to find your right routine... anyway, I read the flat2fab also... and my routine is very much inspired by this book. If I'm not wrong, u didnt follow the flat2fab exactly... in her book she sais to take red clover capsule in the afternoon and not the tea... also, did u consider taking evening primrose oil? are u eating enough? and do u eat enough protein ? I really think your dosages were wayyyy too low... maybe more fenugreek would be better 4 u... U can e mail Lucille. I have to say that I emailed her so many times and each time she answered me very quickly, sometimes after only a few hours.. I'm sure she'll be happy to help u. Maybe u should try the routine she used herself when she did NBE...
The most inportant thing- dont lose hope!! and keep us posted!

Hi Wannagrow,
Well, I guess I shouldn't be THAT disappointed, but I've tried many different NBE products with NO success with any of them.
You are correct--I did NOT follow the Flat2Fab routine exactly, but I followed it as closely as I could. This is because I am a vegan, and Lucy says in her book to take capsules (gelatin is made from animal bones). I pretty much had to substitute those capsules with tablets, which are vegan. I think those tablets were more potent than capsules because the herbs in tablets is pressed much closer together than in capsules. Also, the tablets I took had specific recommended dosages on the bottles, and I did not want to overdose and mess up my health. For example, the red clover tablets said to take only 1 in the morning and 1 at night, no more than that, so instead I took some tea in the middle of the day to make up for it.
I wanted to take evening primrose oil, but all the ones I saw had gelatin capsules in them, so I did not take it.
I eat as much as I can with a lot of protein--of course I am a vegan, so my protein is from alternative sources such as lentils, soy, beans, peas, grains, and other sources. Some people might think that my veganism is why I'm flat-chested, but think again: then why is my vegetarian sister large-breasted?
I think the headaches and dizziness I was getting may have been from the fenugreek, so I did not want to increase the dosage. And the hops (even just the tea!) made me feel weird too.
I've contacted Lucy, and she suggested increasing the dosages, but I do not want to go over the bottle's limit, plus it was getting VERY expensive--I wasted $327.50 on 3 months of it. Also, the dosages of herbs in capsules form seem to be different than those in tablet form--I guess the tablets are more potent or something.
Anyway, this is just another failed attempt at NBE, so it's all just part of the experience. I might consider Greenbush, pueraria mirifica, or estrogen pills and cream (I found a website that sells it), but if after those don't work, then I'm probably going to have to get implants. If anyone else has other ideas, feel free to add! Thanks for your input, Wannagrow.

melody- u're welcome! and fm1, i think u got mistaken.. the last post was Melody's... she said in the end:" thanks for your input, wannagrow" because she was tellin me thank u! wannagrow isnt her signature ... i personally also scared of implants cuz i heard u need to have another surgery after a few years.. and i also dont wanna put a foreign stuff in my body- thats why i'm trying herbs...!
anyway, Melody, I heard many good things about pueraria mirifica!! so u might wanna give it a try! i wanna give it a try myself cuz i stink of the fenugreek...

Hi everyone,
I have also posted this in the Pictures section, but I would also like to post it here too so that if anyone wants to know what I'm trying for NBE, then they can see it easily. I am going to switch my birth control pill brand to Marvelon (a.k.a. Desogen/Ortho-Cept) at the end of this month, in hopes that it will increase my breast size. I have tried Alesse 28 for one year and Ortho 0.5/35 (ak.a. Brevicon/Modicon) for a little over two years with NO increase in breast size. I have taken before pictures as well as measurements. All of my measurements can be viewed at the following links:
If I do grow, I will also post my measurements on the BE Board. If anyone prefers I post them on the BE Board even if I don't grow, please let me know.
It's really difficult to measure breasts--sometimes it can be two inches of error, if you know what I mean! I'm just going to cross my fingers that Marvelon will give me noticeable growth, just as it did for my friend.
Cya! ~Melody~
