Well, I've now got a routine established, and it goes as such:
8:30- 2 Voluptas one hr. after coffee
11:30- 1 Saw Palmetto extract 160mg. (standardized 85-95 % fatty acids & sterols), fennel & peppermint tea
12:00- 1000 mgs. fish oil, 800 mgs. Vit. E, 200 mcg. selenium with lunch
2:30- 1 fenugreek & thyme combo w/475 mg. each, 1 evening primrose 500 mg (standardized 9% GLA)
4:30- 1 saw palmetto extract 160 mg.
5:00- 1 Multi-vitamin and 1 calcium/magnesium/zinc w/dinner
7:30- fennel and peppermint tea
9:00- 2 calcium/magnesium/zinc (total for day calcium 1000mg., magnesium 400 mg., zinc 15 mg.)
9:30- 2 Voluptas
*Every other day I do a massage with aloe, evening primrose & saw palmetto (from the softgel caps), then exercise (nothing strenuous, just some leg lifts, sit-ups, so on..), then shower. I figure the heat from exercising will help absorb some of the oils.
*Regular dry massage throughout each day (whenever I'm in the bathroom).
*Voluptas ingredients:
A proprietary herbal blend 4096 mg of blessed thistle powder, hops extract 4:1, wild yam extract (standardized 6% diosogenins), saw palmetto extract (standardized 25%), fenugreek extract 4:1, fennel seed powder, chaste berry powder, black cohosh triterponoids (standardized 2.5%), damiana (leaves), dong quai (root), lycium Chinese herb extract 10:1 (wolf berry), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), royal jelly, scullcap root extract 4:1, curcubita pepo pumpkin (seed).

Has been a month since I started that routine. Didn't like using the Voluptas (since it had sooo many other ingredients). Also, haven't made any 'gains' whatsoever. So, here is my new routine:
2 575 mg. Greenbush Enhancement blend caps (equal amounts of fenugreek, Wild yam, Saw Palmetto), 3 times a day (evenly spaced).
500 mg. EPO once a day, afternoon.
575 mg. Red Clover twice a day, morning and bedtime.
450 mg. whole herb Saw Palmetto berries twice a day, morning and bedtime.
Occasional use of Red Clover tea.
Massage with batter (below) before bed on both, and only on the smaller one in the morning. Also dry massage frequently throughout the day.
Massage:
10 drops enhancement blend extract
A squirt of Aloe gel
Occassionaly with EPO
