Routine for first 3 weeks:

2 SBS pills 3X day (3600 mg comb. Fenugreek, WY, SP, Fennel)
Used SBS soap 1X day
SBS lotion 2X day with heat @ night
Fenu-Fennel tea 1X day (2000 mg comb. Fenugreek & Fennel

Then added:

1 mL GB Enhancement blend 3X day (3000 mg Fenugree, WY, & SP) (I think)
1 GB Red Clover 3X daily (1725 mg)
Also add 1 mL GB Enhancement to nightly massage

After the first week or 2, I haven't noticed any growth, my routine could probably use some tweaking. Also, I'm selling my SBS products so I can go on strictly GB products, so I know exactly what I'm getting of what.

Also, I used the Bra sizing chart. I've never been able to work out why I'm using a 36B bra when the numbers say I should be wearing a 36AAA. Using the second chart (the measurement across the breast) showed that I shoudl be in a C cup. (9 1/4") Who knew?

Hey kiwi, I am having some luck with SBS. Not huge improvement, but a little fullness I think. What SBS products are you selling and how much? I might be interested.

To everyone out there who is just waiting for their "commercials" to run out before they buy individual herbs, consider using eBay to sell them . I sold 5 1-month sets of SBS with no trouble at all, making back what I spent on them originally, including shipping. Now I have the $$ to spend at Greenbush. Yay for me!!! ;D

Well, I fell off the BE bandwagon around the end of February, decided to start again. I have shrunk to 8" on both sides, not sure why, possibly because I've started t-tapping, doing a 10 day bootcamp. I've decided to start back on the SBS, because I had success within the first month with it, and also because I'm out of GB, and as a poor college student, I'm broke. It seems I was better able to stick to the routine of pills 3X day, massage morning and night, and tea at night better than I could remember the GB extract 3X day. We'll see, at any rate.

Seems like what you got was 'water/temporary glandular' growth, if it went away so fast like that. Maybe SBS is not the best route, however, I can relate to being strapped college kid, so maybe a few months with something is better than nothin'.

Kiwi...I feel your pain! I am too a poor college student so buying all these herbs and then losing growth is frusterating!!! I'm sorry!

I have found that the individual herbs that you can get at any health store or at HEB food store are sometimes a lot cheaper than the GB pills. Now I'm not sure which would work the best but that is another option.

So SBS worked for you?
