Oops, that probably would be helpful wouldn't it? I'm on Ortho-Novum. It's 28 day regimen and contains norethindrone/ethiny estradio... whatever that means. I experienced no growth from it, which was a major bummer. Only thing that happened is I got alot more emotional before my period the first couple of months.

Evening Primrose Oil...Its good for your hair, skin, nails, etc. and good as a carrier for herbs. There is an area on here that has the definition and uses of each of the herbs. I actually think it is titled herbs somewhere near the bottom of the page. Its so hard to remember what ALL it is off the top of my head. Hope this helps.

Hi Wahaika, this is Sarah again :-). I have been on the routine for one week now, and have only taken fenugreek so far to not stall (I am a full A cup). My fenugreeks are 620mg each. I have ramped up to 3 a day. Would it be better to only do 2 a day when the dosage is somewhat high (or maybe leave the fenugreekl out of the teas)? I will start ramping up with the saw palmetto today.
As for the DMSO, it was only that first time! I use two drops (one on each) after massage, and like the warmth from the DMSO. :-)

Sarah80,
Yep, you could leave fenugreek out of the teas and just leave the fennel.
If you had a reaction like that with DMSO then it is better not to use it. Use aloe vera gel with fenugreek extract instead. You can also use fenugreek powder if you steep it (let it soak in for a week) with olive oil and borage oil as is listed in the booby batter recipes thread in the routine section.

v.b.,
Sorry about that!
I don't think it interferes with birth control but it has been known to mess with the cycle on some women.
Relatively speaking, smaller cups do not grow as well as larger ones because of the number of estrogen receptors available. So, for the smaller sizes, the process has to be taken slower and it can take longer, especially if one has never had children. I don't see it as impossible. There are many who have grown successfully from AA. But AA as a result of breast feeding when the starting cup size was B is a different set of conditions than one who is starting out as AA.
I think madredesiete's routine works for all women who do it, but it is a technique where ramping up dosages by using the feelings of growth as a guage, is how dosages are determined. It takes 3 months to grow (minimum) once the right dosages are found.
There are no guarantees that any routine will work for anyone. Any site that makes guarantees or cites statistics is selling something. There are no shortcuts. All of those who I have read on this board that have grown, did it though long and tedious hard work.
I think for this to work for you, you will need Greenbush extracts. They are the best in my opinion and, being liquid, are the easiest to subdivide so that you can ramp up slower if needed.

Wahaika, I posted a reply to you on my other thread but had some additional questions after reading this routine. Sorry for all of the inquires -- I hope it's not too much of a pain. First, why do you recommend against flaxseed oil with extra lignans? Is it because they bind to the herbs and make them less effective? I usually use the high-lignan stuff from Barleans but will switch. Second, I take GLA capsules that are made from EPO, with each capsule containing 90mg of GLA. Is this okay or should I be taking a straight-up liquid instead? I usually take 3-6 per day as recommended by the author of Fat Flush, a health plan I'm following -- haven't yet settled on the correct dose for me. Lastly, and this is just a point of curiousity, are you a chemist or biologist? Your posts are very detailed and informative! Just wondering, hope that's not too nosy. Thank you once again! Kate

Kate,
I haven't seen the other message, but when I find it I'll reply to it there.
Lignands found in flaxseed oil are aromatase inhibitors. This would keep estrogen from being converted at the local tissues since aromatase is necessary to form estrogen from testosterone.
This is another reason that I stress GLA in some form such as Borage or EPO. GLA is a precursor to aromatase.
I would say to dump what you are using since it is combined and use Barleans flaxseed oil (not the high lignand one) , and take EPO or Borage separately to get the GLA.

Wahaika, I have been on the routine for 2.5 weeks now. Have ramped up to 3xfenugreek (1850 mg) a day and 3xSP. Have had one experience of itches, but that's it (am still worried that I am taking too much, ramping up too fast being an A, but am not sure!).
My question is about the supplements. I take a multivitamin that has zink and B in it. Is it necessary to take zink and B in addition to the multivitamin or is it enough with that?
