Kittygurl, that's the first time I've seen someone use "dx/dt" outside of a calculus class. lol I'm assuming you mean rate of change in relation to time?

This is interesting to me because I was a vegetarian for most of my life and, much as I hate it, recently started eating meat. I think it's highly individual. I've always had big breasts, even as a kid, and ended up huge at a young age. I remember my childhood doc asking my mom if I ate a lot of beef and milk and being shocked that I'd never had a glass. Anyway, being vegetarian and not eating dairy did nothing to impede my breast growth, but now I'm hoping to gain back firmness and am concerned about getting enough protein, animal and otherwise. My sister eats insane amounts of meat and cheese and is average in size, much smaller than I, but I don't know what part of that is diet and what's genetics.

Hello, Severely restricted diets can cause problems. Very strict vegetarians need to be very careful about getting enough fats and protiens. Very low fat diets can also be a problem as well. That having been said, we have had many women who are vegetarians use the herbs with good results. They simply have to be careful to get enough protiens, fats and amino acids into their diets. Soy is actually good for natural breast enhancement, so you should definitely include it in your diet. Let us know if you have any other questions. We are always here to help.

6. Stay away from Soy type foods, it is very hard on the thyroid, and lowers temps. Not good for BE. Thanks for the tipps But I thought Soy foods are good, specially soya milk? Doesn't soya have high protein?

Soy has been found to cause premature puberty in girls and delayed puberty in boys, most likely due to the high estrogen levels it contains. That is also why it is used in some hebal menopause relief supplements. It may not be right for everyone because it has also been linked with digestive issues in high doses. Just my two cents.

Hellow!! I'm new and soon I wil start my program!! I SOooooooo motivated! But For all my veggie people i'm a veggie 2 and (maybe this sounds stupid ) but i feel like I'm able to proof them wrong! I all ready done some research and I do not understand Why would soy be bad? It is actually recomanded on many sites cause it contains phyto oestrogens (good translation? ^^) So you should ! eat things like tofu but most of all tempeh and miso -soup! There was actually a thread on this forum about this asian girl how eat soy and chikenfeat soup every day and massaged and only from that she saw results. Oke I know what you're thinking she eat chiken feat soup.. but on this site it is also mentioned that you should eat animail protein these are also yohgurt eggs ( eggs also have a good type of cholesterol witch you also need for boob growht) milk etc. I have to admit that it could be that there are hormones in the meat and that's why it (maybe) gives some extra results.. So veggie's here a link for protein rich food top 100: smarterfitter.com/blog/2007/10/28/100-most-protein-rich-vegetarian-foods/we will kick ass

So glad to see the positive words about being vegetarian. I was pretty discouraged by the original post. I think the post is to get a complete supply of protein regardless of how it happens. Meat is very unhealthy for the body (specifically red meat) since cows are no longer roaming free and thus, full of fat instead of muscle. I would hate to impede my need for big tatas due to my lack of desire to eat animals. Cheers for the vegetarians who are trying & succeeding!

I agree, as long as a person is taking protein and healthy fatty oils (like in olive oil, flaxseed oil etc) there should not be any problem. My friend is nearly a vegetarian..and she's HUUUUUGE!

I would think a plastic bra would be very handy when going to bed with a booby batter on the breasts. Perhaps it would be better than using safran wraps.
