BO REGIME: started 1 December
3 x 800 mg BO (Vit Power & Ovalyte) (2,400mg in total) 2-3 mg SP Will add 600mg Oregano & 2000 Damiana in luteal phase
Other stuff: 1000 mg MSM 2000 mg Vit. C 500 mg l-ornithine 500 mg l-arginine

Looks good WG. Personally, I'd say do oregano and damiana the whole time...especially if u get no growth action in follicular, when the most retained growth happens anyways (think about it..estrgen highest, prog lowest). Also, note that L-arg only lowers somastin(sp?), which naturally blocks HGH production. If you have cold sore probs...DON'T use this..instead there are several other options out there like L-glutamine, etc. I'm still really digging into this myself, so you'll be sort of the BEB 'geneau pig' (besides NQ and Gigi). Take ur L-stuff on empty tummy, perhaps best just before bed, along with ur last dose of BO...I'm thinking should really 'reap' benefits of what ur body can do. If u start feeling too draggy, but u've got action going on, it'll probably be because u've got too much estrogen, in which case you can back down on that a little. You're prolly fine if ur progesterone levels are as high as u think they are:) Be careful with the L-stuff, since it's new ground for BEB..research shows that body builders even cycle on and off this L-stuff, so perhaps give it a 2-3 month whirl at these low doses..then at least a month off. Good luck..and our eyes will be peeled .

Switched to red clover at end of first month as tingles had stopped with BO. I also think I'm long on progesterone, and as red clover is a '2 in one', decided to go back to a herbal regime. Tingles started as soon as I switched, and by day 7 I still feel some 'action' although no real itching. Yesterday I increased my red clover a bit. Current routine below (to be tweaked when necessary):
4 x 2 red clover (= 3440mg) 2 x 4 saw palmetto (= 3200mg) 3 x 3 damiana (= 1800mg)
Other stuff: 1000 mg MSM 2000 mg Vit. C 500 mg l-ornithine

Latest update: 7-10mg of evening primrose oil 3-4000 mg of Dong Quai Growth last month was slow - I'm around 8 3/4 inches (a gain of around 3/4 inch since March/April). It's very slow, but I've been filling out more in the upper third which shows a bit of cleavage but doesn't really show up on the tape measure. Luckily, this gain is stable - no more gains and losses for me these days Last month I only used EPO. This month I'm adding DQ back in to speed things up. I dowsed to check my routine and this was what was recommended. I also have to cut down to 3 cups of coffee a week. Any more than that, and I slow down my BE growth. That's my latest routine! Happy growing!

Latest routine: Diane 35 (BC) Innertalk NBE CD 2x daily SP 1500 mg
Started Diane and Innertalk in November. I dowsed for a high-ranking routine (this one calibrates at around 950 out of 1000 for me). Previous progress on Dong Quai etc was good but I should have checked my routine better in the summer as I'd have discovered then that I was too high in androgens for optimal growth. Making more consistent progress now, but must also add SP (which I've just ordered). Don't lose with AF now, but still can't shift past just over 9.5 inches. With dowsing you really have to ask accurate questions and check your routine for missing ingredients quite regularly, which I wasn't doing. But since starting Diane, I've definitely got more definition in the cleavage area!
