I'm nearly settled on what follows. And I already have some more fullness. Kind of... I'll see how it's going when a few months are gone.
-Alfalfa: 2.5 g per day, plus sprout salad twice a week. -Fenugreek: Sprout salads whenever the crop is ready (about twice a week until I make more room for growing it.) -Black cohosh: 1.5g per day -Red clover+Sage+Fennel: tea, 25g+25g+20g/l, 1 l over the day. -Saw palmetto: 2g per day -Evening primrose oil: 3g per day
Plus whichever massage cream or oil I'm making for a given week.
