Quick technical questions- I am posting this in both newbies and the general section... sorry for the double post. Do posts disappear if someone closes their account?

as an admin, i have the power to remove posts and accounts. from what i can tell, posts will remain after someone closes an account unless i remove them.
you cant change your username, its best to open a new account.
