Hi everyone! I've been considering trying some natural breast enhancement, and whenever I research anything on the web I get overwhelmed. I have no idea how to choose which product to use, and I can't seem to find any kind of a consensus on what's the best? Can anyone give me any recommendations?
thanks in advance

I dont know much about it, Im just starting out. There probably isnt one "best" product, cuz everyones different, and have differant bodies & needs. What I did was do a hormone Imbalance test, theres a link to one here somewhere. Then you will know what your body needs, and you will have an idea of which herbs will work. Mostly its just trial and error!

thanks so much, those links are very helpful. i actually live in eastern europe, and as far as i know, none of these products are available here. i can wait till the spring when i will be going to the US and stock up then, but i'd like to get started on something now if i can find these herbs here. does anyone know of a link that speaks more of the origin of these herbs, maybe has pictures of the the original plants or seeds, so i can figure out what they're called in my language and know how to look for them?

Try going to an herbal store and ask for the items in English words. Also check to see if there is a translation dictionary that can help.
G'luck.

well i found the names of fenugreek and fennel... and i'm sure i can find those 2 here as they are native to these parts. but, i haven't had luck finding anything else yet (saw palmetto, red clover, wild yam.) do u think just those two herbs are good enough to start with and be effective?
