I have some questions. I've read about the need for a good night sleep to increase growth hormone. Normally that is no problem, but my three year old daughter keeps me up regularly at night. What can I do to make the most of the hours I do get? Also I experiency quite a bit of stress during the day with my hectic job. All in all I should use something herbal or something to make sure this doesn't interfere with my BE. Does any of you have some tips or tricks on this??? Oh yeah, does the warmth of the shower do the same as the heat pack or should you do this extra??

Growth hormone is released within the first 90 minutes of sleep. Do not eat carbs for two or three hours before bedtime. The GABA will also help with the stress, as will an amino acid called L-Theonine. You might also try taking calcium and magnesium. As for sleep, that is part of a constant that you are probably already used to, being a mom. (Mothers are indestructable). The warmth from the shower is in addition to the heat pack. This is to help the conversion of aromatase and testosterone to create estrogen locally in fatty tissue. Some borage oil once or twice per day will likely also help with this (as the GLA->Aromatase theory goes). Wahaika
