Hello to everyone! I've been 'browsing' for a long time, but never thought to join. I appreciate all the knowledge everyone is sharing, and the encouragement I've seen offered here. First, I'm 33 Have had 2 kids, breast fed both I was always around 112 pounds, 34-a until my 2nd preg. I gained a LOT and I'm floating between 126 and 130 now. Anyways, I've tried BE on and off with no success, before 2nd preg. I waited approx. 5 months after I was done weening, and began BO and SP. I lost a little of the 'ski-jump' look, and am wanting to increase size. Right now I measure a 36-B, but a b is too big. I'm taking a break right now, it's been only 4 months, but there really hasn't been any increase in size, or sensations. I think that massage helped in firming up, (less ski-jump...) I want to try herbs when I start again, but I'm a little hesitant with using Fenugreek as I'm hypoglycemic, though it's not as bad as before I was. preg. I might try fennel, but I'm just not sure how I want to go about it this time. I bought some of the Zoft gum, merely out of curiosity, and convenience, thought I'd try what I have of that, it lists fenugreek so I will just keep a close eye on my sugars, and will up my proteins a bit more. While on this break I'm hoping to do more reading up and try to come up with a plan for starting fresh.

I was just wondering if anyone might know if using fenugreek topically would have any effect on sugar levels? If not perhaps I could use it in massage, and fennel internally...

I think making up a massage lotion using fenugreek would be a good way to start out.

Thanks for that Wen! I'm going to look over other's routines to see what they had added, with success, and see if I can come up with something. Thanks again!
