First of all I want to introduce myself. I come from Poland (sorry for my english) and I`m an administrator of polish site which calls "bigger breasts"
My adventure with BE started 2 years ago, and I have 5 cm grown so far(used only fenugreek), but now it stopped.
I read oll this board recently, and now I`m really confused in many things.
I want to start a new routines, but I need some advices and please help me understand some things.

This is only a diagram. I understand that, i will rump up untill I will have signs of growth, and when it stopped I will another rump up.

olso I want to drink 1 cup/day fennyl
Massage booby butter: 1/2 cup Olive Oil + 1/2 cup Fenugrek + 24 EPO. Steep for one week, then used it for reiki massage (300 rotation once a day).
And now my questions
1. massage - can I add into this butter RC extract?? or shoul I do another bottles, and used boht for massage
2. RC - I read a lot of about RC, and I`m so confused...... Should I take it, or should I drop it. I`m 70A (32A) and I have no children, so I think I shoud take it, but I don`t know is the RC only used into massage or only internally, or both. How many mg should I take. And another quest. Please tell me who cannot take RC and why. I read about it a lot but now i really confused
3. EPO - You say that EPO is using by those who have naturally higher testosteron level , becouse EPO contains GLA which increase aromatase levels, and testosteron + aromatase + higher estrogen
You also say that EPO isn`t needed before 30 years old and when women havent breast fed . Is that true??
So I must drop EPO...hmmm I` don`t know now whot should I do.
should I only used it to massage or should drop it definitely.
I also want to now about fish oil...should I take it, or not??
4. I have a powder of fenugreek is it ok??
5 progesteron cream - I want to use it (WY progesteron cream -NPC - Nature’s Precise Cream www.allegro.pl/item240862020_progesteron_badzpiekna_wys_gratis_promocja.html ) to balanced hormone level during break. Is it ok, or not.
