Hi there,
I've been lurking for a few years now, but have never posted. I've tried BE before using Pammy's routine, but not quite sure if it worked (I gained weight, so don't know if it from the weight gain or from the herbs). Anyway, I'm starting fresh and would appreciate some help with putting a routine together.
Age: 24 Body type: Pear shape - gain weight in stomach, hips, thighs, butt Hormone Balance: Estrogen dominance Weight: 118lbs Bra size: 32B/small C
I've been reading the board, but the more I read the more confuse I get. So if anyone could help pointing me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

It all starts with a stats page. Put this info in.
Sex: Age: 24 Weight: 118lbs Children: Children Breastfed: Bra size: 32B/small C Upper: bust: Band: Width and other measurements if desired: Body type: Pear shape - gain weight in stomach, hips, thighs, butt Hormone Balance: Estrogen dominance Overall physical health Any PCOS, Endo, etc.? How long on Pammy's program? What was the result? What brand of herbs?
