Ok, so here I am once again, looking for something that is going to work, and came across this site. You ladies are a wealth of information, and I realize that I might have stalled out my routines way back, without ever really giving things a chance. So, first let me say Hi hi!! 2nd let me say I tried many things that were on the market a few years back to no avail. So, I am really looking forward to trying things the correct way.
About me, I am 5'4" and 117 lbs. I measure 30 under where my breast are supposed to be! LOL And 30 1/2" around my breasts, which could mean the air conditioner had an effect on my nipples and measuring, or because AF is due in less than a week. Take your pick. Point is I am FLAT! I have breastfed 3 of my children, which set me back from a B to a -A cup. If only I could transfer the fat that hangs around my butt somewhere else, I wouldn't even need to look into it! Yes, I am the skinny chic, with the huge butt, and absolutely nothing else!
So, with that being said, I guess I first need to know, how do you determine the dosages to start with? You keep talking about ramping up, but never say where to start, at least not that I have found, and I have been reading for hours!
Now I know I don't have many things in my herbal cabinet anymore, but will list what I do have, and maybe someone would be generous enough to direct me in the right direction?
Omega 3 Omega 6 Fish Oil, 1200 mg
L-Lysine, 500 mg
Vit B complex with Iron &300 mg Vit C
Saw Palmetto, 320 mg.
I do know I don't like Fenugreek, the smell, or the way it makes me bloat is horrible! But I am more than willing to except any and all help to get the process going! I have read many of the routines, I just really can't figure out where to start.
