Hi there,
Is there a difference between fenugreek and fenugreek seed...if so, which is better for BE?

The seed I believe is used as a spice, while just "Fenugreek" is a general use Herb. So I would imagine just "Fenugreek" would be best for BE ^^

Fenugreek used in caps or loose herb is generally powdered. Fenugreek seed is the whole seed of the plant. Either one can be used for BE. The seed must be boiled and strained for use. It can also be steeped in alcohol for use as an extract. The process is detailed in many threads on this board.
