I read a lot about signs of growth, but could someone give me the basics, like is a sense of fullness a sign or should they be sore like when you Cycle is about to start, or just itching/tingling, tenderness to the touch, etc? How long should the "pains" last for a couple of hours or constant? I'm just wondering what I should consider "growing pains"? Thank you, Pea

Sweet Pea- Unfortunately, it's all over the map. It's something you'll have to see how it happens for you. However, will say that growth includes all of these sensations- deep throbbing sharp pains in the breasts are near the armpits (usually happens before growing), itching of the breasts or aereola (happens while growing and if you don't have skin saggy from growing previously), heat from breasts, swelling (especially where you see your bra feels uncomfortable). It is a rule of thumb that most of the swelling during your luteal will be temporary, and that during your follicular or that you regain after your period is 'forward' progress. The swelling can go up and down for a couple of months before it stays. Then after saying all of this- some don't have ANY sensations during the waking hours and they all of a sudden need a bigger bra . So, one should keep consistent with things at least 2-3 months atta time, measure once a month and see how your body responds when it's growing. HTH Wen'
