Hello Everyone,
I am so happy I came across this board! I have been reading posts for about a month and decided that I would like to try Pammy's routine but; I have some questions. First I'll give my stats because they seem to be needed to help people out most of the time.
Age: 34
Height: 5"9.5"
Weight: 180
Bra Size: 38B
Children: 2 (15 & 3.5)
Breastfed: No
Goal: Full C cup
I began ramping up with FG and today was my second day ramping with the SP. I have been massaging, using the heat and bought a set of 3lb. weights and began doing some exercises.
The second and third day of using the FG I noticed a slight heaviness and since than I have felt nothing.
I noticed a lot of women on here have breast fed their children. Does the fact that I did not bf my children put me at a disadvantage for NBE?
Since I haven't felt any heaviness since the third day, should I stop the SP and just take the FG until I feel that again?
Is there a particular time that I should have waited for to being taking the herbs? Like the beginning of my cycle? If so, should I stop taking them and wait for my cycle to begin?
What is the best method of massage? I have seen many different methods and when I do searches, the results are less than satisfying. Does it matter what we massage wit? I had some wild yam cream which I believe has aloe in it. I added some EPO, FSO and a dropper of Fennel extract. Does this sound adequate?
When it come to the ingredients in the herbs, what are normal additives that should be in them?
FG 1200mg- has gelatin (g), which I assume should be in them all and rice flour (rf) and magnesium stearate (ms).
WY 405mg- g, vegetable ms, silica (s)
SP 1000mg - g, soybean oil (so), glycerin (gl), beeswax/so mixture, lecithin, caramel color
