Hi, I'm new! Posted in the Gripes section to get some things off this 34A chest of mine. I hope to have success with BE here. I will post pics and ongoing results as soon as I pick up some of these suppliments. After hearig about Pam's success, I will be trying: Fenugreek-500mg, 2 pills 3xday Saw Palmetto-500mg, 2 pills 3xday EPO-1000mg 3xday Flax Seed Oil-1000mg 3xday I removed the Wild Yam because I just have a bad feeling about it. I will also be massaging multiple times daily. I have my fingers crossed that I will have some success with this method. I tried to cross my nipples, but my breasts aren't big enough!! Anyways, I'm glad to have found this place. At last, a glimmer of hope!

Welcome, I read all your post and had to giggle you have a sense of humor! I know all about being flat!! as do many of us. I'm 36 almost 37, when I was 18, I was barley a 32AA. I can relate to the being teased at school. When I was in Junior high I was so flat I envied boards. I got teased unmercifully by the boys. Then one day my mom bought me a padded bra, I thought great, oh no because one day I'm flat and the next I had a little, so the boys were even worse then. Even though later I found guys to date who weren't hung up on boobs (Which is hard to find at that age), I eventually married and had 5 kids but I'm still not happy with my appearance. Don't think that having kids will get you boobs either. I applaud the fact that your doing something about it. I wish I had had some options besides surgery when I was 18. Back then it was silicone and over $10,000 to get it done. It's not about attracting others it's all about self esteem. If you don't like who you are then it's hard to have faith that someone else things your great. I use to laugh at the "got to love yourself first" thing, but it is so true!! So I say you go girl and don't let anything stop you!! Just don't become a plastic surgery junkie!! lots of luck, Pea

Thanks Pea! This whole NBE thing is very hush-hush and sort of underground! You don't hear about it often, and when you do it's always about how "those BE companies" are a crock. I agree with you, I'm glad there are other possibilities besides implants these days. I just really hope this method works for me. If not I will be in my mid to late 20's before I am able to afford implants. For some reason my mind is fixed on being who I want to be physically before I hit 25, but I just don't know if I can swing it. I considered trying to get my hands on BRAVA, but I don't think that's the best option for me; I would not be able to sleep with those suction cups on!! I hope to start on Fenugreek within 1 or two weeks, and after about two weeks I will add the other herbs at low dose and later ramp them up. Thanks again! I promise not to turn into a surgery-junkie - a little goes a long way!
