If I am an A or AA, would it be helpful to go on PR or WY cream to build breast glands? I am not saggy at all. I am 21, 5'6 and 109 lbs. I never breastfed and I am androgen dominant.
I was on NBE for eight months, three years ago. My measurements started at 26' under bust and 28' around my breasts, I was non-existent. I ended with measurements of 26' and 33' respectively.
After an extremely rigorous exercise program and a few years my current measurements are 26.5' and 31.5'. Should I try PR or WY cream or should I stay on NBE? Should I use it on a break?

Actually measurements don't really make any difference at all when deciding on a routine. I don't know where that came from.
If you are 21 and not saggy and have had no children and have no period irregularities, then there is no reason to use progesterone - UNLESS that androgen dominant means PCOS.
If it's just androgen dominance, then add saw palmetto.
WY cream is completely useless, progesterone USP cream is what should be used. It doesn't sound like you need either.
