Hello everyone. I'm new here (see my first post in the Newbie Fourm) and I have a question.
I've been taking Quick Bust for a little over a month now, and I see a change in fullness, but not really in size. I know it's too soon, but I'd like to know if any other women out there have used this product as well. I find it very difficult to find any reviews or information on QB outside of advertisement. If anyone has used this product or knows someone who has, please reply. Thank you

Swelling is good! Just beware of pre-menstral swelling! Which can be JUST heartbreaking? But if you are noticing "fullness"...this is good. I checked the ingredients with Quickbust, and they are the basic ingredients needed for breast enhancement, plus....which can be a drawback too...how much power can they pack in a pill? I am one that grew on a commercial blend. ;D But had to tweak after a few months, tweaking?....adding to the regiment. So continue as you are...and you are right 1 mos is not enough time for BIG results (pardon the pun), but if you are swelling this is GOOD! You may want to check out the "links" see where you fall in hormonally. And when it's time to tweak, we will know somewhat which way to send you as far as more of one type of herb, less of another!; Congrats! Sounds like you are on your way!

I'm using Quick Bust right now. I take 9 capsules a day. It's only been about 3 weeks, but I can definitely tell there's something going on. I'll be posting pictures up next week.

You may want to check out the "links" see where you fall in hormonally. And when it's time to tweak, we will know somewhat which way to send you as far as more of one type of herb, less of another! Well, I took the test, but the only answer that I have that I think would really mean I have a hormone imbalance would be that I only get my period once a year, and it wasn't an option. So...I'm not quite sure about that.

Do you get your period 1x a year due to BCP? Or is this natural for you? If it's natural, what is your age? Sorry...hate to answer a quesiton with MORE questions!

WOW! Really hard to tell follicle from luteal! YIKES! So the chances of your "fullness" being water, is not very likely.

Sorry but...what do you mean by tell the difference between luteal and follicle? I know what they are, I just don't understand it in regards to the context.
Glad it's probably not water retention though

Most know their luteal from follicle based on ovulation. It is also a good way from getting all excited about "growth" when it's water. AF shows up...and that new growth disappears. Luteal swelling is caused by estrogen dominance, which is from 1 of 2 things, the most common is Low progesterone. The other excess estrogen. We are trying to mimic puberty, females during puberty rarely or infrequently produce progesterone. Progesterone opposes estrogen. The estrogen is what produces breast tissue or FAT. Unfortunately excess estrogen also causes cellulite. So it is a delicate balance we are trying to achieve.; Hence.....TWEAKING!

Oooh, ok!
Mmm, well, outside of that test in the links section, is there any way I can tell (luteal from follicle)?
I'm a little slow with things like this, so I apologize.

No need to apologize. I don't think we have anyone on the board that has this particular situation. We have a few that are on Depo shots and that caused a difficulty telling luteal from follicle. Which is why Wen started using oregano for a PR blocker. But since you are on herbs, R/C would be your best best. It will be difficult for you to know if it's water retention or actual growth. That's why we focus on the two phases for the most part. There maybe other reasons, but until you really need to start tweaking...I wouldn't be concerned. You got fullness after a month...just keep on chuggin'...you are doing fine! ;D

If you are 22 and are only getting a period once or twice a year and are not on BCP, you need to look into the following:
either annovulation due to polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) or annovulation due to hyperprolactemia.
Google both up and see if anything looks familiar.

;D I am using Quick Bust and it has worked for me. I find that I need a smaller amount of ingredients (I am high in estrogen). I also sometimes add extra fenugreek to my routine and I don't really massage I notice that when I do massage (fenugreek mixed with vegetable oil *lol*) It helps. From the time I started BE at the end of June or somewhere around that time I started around an A-B cup and now am a 32C.
