Will Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto work for breast enhancement by itself? Has anyone here had any good results from just taking Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto together? How much of size increase did you get from just taking the Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto? How long would it take to see results? Has anyone here had any permanent results from just taking Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto together? Do Fenugreek or Saw Palmetto cause weight gain?

Wahaila, Perhaps Manyquestions did not want to refer to his gender because I get the impression you do not like males posting about obtaining BE advice.

Please lay off the gender differences for now and stick to the topic.
Theoretically - YES.
Saw Palmetto may be enough for women with adequate estrogen, and fenugreek is a known phytoestrogen that also encourages the production of prolactin.
Since both encourage the activity of estrogen in the body - there is the possibility of weight gain.
ALL BE PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE POSSIBILITY OF WEIGHT GAIN.

Both men and women produce the hormones that affect our secondary sexual characteristics - dhea, estrogen, testostorone, progesterone, growth hormone and prolactin.
The main difference is in what amounts and in what ratios - and from which organs they are produced.
In utero, male babies have the same potential milk ducts that females do, and the surge of testerone make them dormant. Those pre-cursor organs are still there in potential.
Men and women both create fat cells in the same way and through the same mechanism.
The question was does saw palmetto and fenugreek increase breast size.
Saw Palmetto reduces the effects of some testosterone on breast tissue (as well as other areas of the body).
Fenugreek is a phytoestrogen that also encourages the production of prolactin, which increase the development of breast tissue.
These substances should, theoretically, work on men and women, although the dosages would be different for each.
