Hi everyone...as many other people have said, I am glad I found this board I have a question. I originally bought Breast Gain Plus, but after reading around, it seems the amounts of each herb in the formula are too small to do much. It has about 800 mg of Fennel and Fenugreek per daily dose. So I decided to add single herbs to supplement it, and to eventually get up to about 3000 mg of fenugreek, saw palmetto, and wild yam (it doesn't have wild yam or saw palmetto in it at all) I was wondering if taking them both could be harmful. here is the full list of ingredients in BGP Feneugreek Seed Extract Fennel Seed Dong Quai Blessed Thistle Dandelion Root Watercress Leaf L-Tyrosine Kelp Vitamin E If anyone can help, I would appreciate it!

adding extra herbs may be a good idea if you already bought a bottle of a commerical pill and you are not getting results from just the commerical caps.
i recommend not going over the dosages that is recommended for breast feeding women when taking these herbs to increase milk supply which is generally 3500mg for Fennel, Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle.
its a good idea to start with the commerical herbs for 1 month or 2 at least then add the extra herbs. if you get growth from the commerical NBE pills then stick with that. if not then add extra caps very few days until you notice changes.
