Hey! So I'm a 32A. And I really only want to increase my boobs 1 cup size! Maybe 2, but a B cup is just fine for me and my petite body frame. I read through most of the posts, and now I am thoroughly confused lol. I don't understand what dowsing is, and I don't know what herbs to take! Wild Yam? Fernugreek, Saw Palmetto? There are so many out there!! I have evening primrose oil capsules at home, and I could drink a protein shake every day. Would that accomplish anything? Goodness, I'm so lost. Thank you for being such a friendly community! Please help me.

Thank you!. But besides wenonae's advice of buying a book, what specific herbs do you think I should pick up at GNC? I know my body is different and might not respond the same way as yours does, but I have to start somewhere. I don't think I'm mentally ready to try dowsing yet, so I guess it's trial and error for me. What routine do you suggest for me? As long as it's safe, of course. Thanks!! <3

Have u read this thread yet?http://beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=Newbees&action=display&thread=1089385436 It's very informative and there are a few tests you can do to determine your body type etc. Then you can go through the routines and stats pages to select a routine that is similar to your results and size etc.
Good luck, Lisa
ps: there is another book called flat to fab that some are finding quite useful. You may want to get that.

If you would like to have a routine handed to you, again I would suggest looking at one of the 2 books I posted. Lisa's also provided a good suggestion for looking at routines, but why even go through of all that when you should make a regimen for yourself, not necessarily based on someone else. You'll also learn what NBE is about in either book and what it entails.
As far as not being mentally ready for dowsing (general comment not necessarily to green), is the same as saying you're not ready to take your own health into your hands. It's quite understandable especially in the U.S. where every piece of medical advice is doctor-driven.
Best of' Wen'

Hi Green, I totally agree with Wen. Get either book or both. They will safe you tons of money. Other wise look in the routine section and pick a routine, BUT remember every woman is different. Some of the herbs and minerals I need you may not. I take EPO some women can not take it.
Fawn grew on BO some don't. Pammy used to use EPO ,Mommi got sick on it. So the decission is up to you. The books are under $20 each a lot less than a months worth of herbs. just my cents ;D

Yeah Green.Like already suggested i think u should do some of the tests like to know ur body type & hormone levels. Then u can look at the routines of those who have the same conditions as u & try their stuff.I think that wouls make things easier for u to choose what herbs to take if ur not ready for dowsing yet.

aw, thanks everyone! i will probably try some of these herbs someday, but i've decided (seeing as i'm only 16) i'm just going to accept my body as it is. i really do love other parts of it. anyway, maybe i'll continue to grow, maybe i won't. but for right now, i'm pretty happy. and i can always try this sometime in the future. thanks for your help! and i'm glad i learned about dowsing. it seems really spiritual. i wonder what my mom will think of it lol. i'll probably continue to check these boards every once in a while for routines, more information, and whatever. bye!!
