hi,
my name is Jasmine..I am a single mom (my daughter is 5) and a full time student (it will be hard to keep the stress down)...age 26...was a large A before - now am much less with stretching and saggy skin...would like a C but even filling in the sag would make me happy..
I quit smoking cigarettes in jan and pot last week...was an emotional mess...have done a liver cleanse and been taking multivitamin (1), B complex (1), calcium and magnesium (2) and vit C (1..bumped up to 2 yesterday)
I have been researching BE for a couple of months - went and bought extracts of Fennel, SP and Wild Yam as well as Fenugreek seeds. was taking 15 drops of extracts 2xper day and drinking 1-2 teaspoon Fenugreek in tea/ day (for approx 5weeks now)...had swelling before last period (was getting excited..but maybe water retention), then bumped up dosages and after period back to flat saggy pancakes (or maybe neg feedback?)..now after reading all the info I am not sure what to do....should I take a break (how long) then try again and ramp up as suggested? or drop back down to 15x2...am going to get pills soon b/c is easier to understand mgs...the dowsing is confusing and I am not sure about my answers...hard to find a quite space to concentrate...don't know if I have all the right herbs i need...was thinking of getting EPO and PM if I can maybe Borage oil for the boob batter (which I haven't tried yet)...HELP!!!! tried to do the hormone questions...but mixed answers and not sure what they mean entirely...I have night sweats, some trouble sleeping (but has been much better lately)bit of depression (but getting better and that might be natural from last break up and neg body image...) anyway any advice...seems to be a couple pros on board...could definetly use a little confirmation/suggestions!! thanks, j
oh...also have very little extra body fat anywhere (a little pouch to fill in the stretched out skin on my tummy, but thats it...would like to keep it that way too;) am pretty much a vegetarian..don't like to cook meat, but went and bought some today after reading the tips....
