 Can someone tell me how to measure breast at the top and across. I want to be able to know how to do this to know if I grew or not. Thanks!

I measure mine diametrically across each one. I think its the most accurate way of measuring to see if your growing  |

You can also measure the breast vertically. They grow bottoms (horizontally), sides (horzontally), then tops. To get your band measurement, measure above the breasts and under your arm pits around your body.  Wen' |
