Dunno if I would use it. Seaweed helps suck water away and restores skin elasticity, but can also help dissolve the fats. Seaweed creams are great for use on cellulite.

my mother used this product to help reduce sagging and it worked well for her double Ds. i probably wouldnt recommend it for breast development since it has seaweed in it. but there is very little in it to begin with. i guess someone has to try it before we can say for sure if its worth while. it is pretty concentrated compared to other PM creams and its pretty cheap compared to the other brands out there.

You make a good point. I think this product helped with more your mother's skin elasticity vs. growth which is exactly what seaweed will help do. However, for 'significant' growth, I can't see it doing as much. Hopefully if they have a gaurantee, someone can try it out for a while and then decide. Wen'

I'm not finding this available in the US anywhere - just alot of european ebay listings.
Seaweed will help with skin tightening and lift - there doesn't seem to be a great deal of it in the formula - it's way at the bottom of the ingredients.
I've never heard of it before, but it may be worthwhile -
