Hi everyone!
I'm so happy I found this board. In the past 2 years, I went from a full perky 32 C to a saggy 32 B without losing any weight at all. In fact, I've gained and exercise less! I'm only 23 and have not had a pregnancy or anything close.
I have always had good sized breasts for my small frame, but now they are disappearing. Before I went on Ortho-Tri Cyclen in 2000, I was a good sized 32 C and then went I went on Ortho Tri-Cyclen from 2000-2001, I went to a 32 D. After quitting Ortho-Tri-Cyclen )it made me more emotional), I remained at the same cup size. I then, tried Ortho-Evra for a few months in 2003, stopped, and have been on Yasmin since August. My gyno said I may have just lost water weight? But, I'm slightly heavier than before!
I have no clue what happened, and it is really affecting my self-esteem as none of my clothes fit right anymore and my breasts are so saggy. Any advice? I have started taking EPO pills twice a day, and also drink fennel or fenugreek tea every other day. Thanks everyone!

sagging can be do to many things. you can try to remedy it with progesterone cream, DHEA cream/ suppliments. there is also Pueraria Mrifica suppliments and cream. you many also wanna try doing some excersises to help you pecs so that your breasts dont sag as much. www.totalityofbeing.com/ArchivedBreastShape.html i really like this article even though i dont agree with the way Dr. wong discribes using the progesterone cream and his explanation for roles of estrogen and progesterone in breast development. he has some good suggestions to naturally improving sagging. progesterone seems to work wonders for lifing breasts. some women say dont rub it to the breasts but on the wrists, and ankles. But it can be rubbed on the breast and there are lots of women who have had breast enhancement by massaging the cream to the breast once every 4 days as part of a daily rotation. a good model for this is at www.commerce.lbrionline.com/purerelief.aspx you can find a cheaper product than this one but the rotating model is the best way to use the cream to ensure proper absorption. Pueraria Mirifica is also very very good for sagging. my mother used it on her DD's and so much better looking now. my mom used a concentrated product called Femagis , Anbes and St. herb breast cream over the last year. all of these have under 13 ingredients with the active ingredients the second most abundent ingredient. They are can be expensive but they work really well and they work faster then other PM products that have the active ingredient near the bottom of the list of 15+ ingredients. sagging is usually do to hormone imbalance do to age, pregnancy/breastfeeding, weight loss and sometimes weight gain. the common denominator for all of these reasons for sagging is hormone levels because they have a major impact on everything that i just covered previousely. sagging can happen to anyone at any age. i have a 15 year old cousin with a set of DDs that has major sagging which makes her look way older then she actually is. Massaging is also excellent for reducing and preventing sagging. infact most of the mirifica creams (the good one anyway) have a 3-5min massage routine that you do while using the product. Fawn has a site (right now its down).and she is selling mirifem cream and capsules at a really good price. you can google the product and see if you may wanna try it. ebay also has a few PM creams. just type in "breast enlargement" or "femagis". sagging can be due to gland swelling that streches the skin and connective tissue. once the glands shrink back there is nothing to fill the space and breast can sag. this usuallly happens to women who breast feed or have major hormone fluctions or women gained alot of weight then lost it t fast. i hope i was able to help in some way jesse. and welcome to the board

With no birth control, you look like a good candidate for the Greenbush Routine, specifically the 90 Day Kit or the kit using extracts. While there are no guarantees, as everyone should know, should see some good results in 3 months. BC methods could alter this. Give any herbal routine 6 months before changing it. Just curious, why did you get off Ortho-Tri Cyclen in 2000 and when you saw adverse results, just get back on it? Wahaika

It could be that the Ortho-Evra stimulated u correctly for some temporary growth, but off if it (as also on maintenance herbal pills) you lost your swelling. It's possible to have swelling only in the breasts, which has nothing to do with your weight.
You may want to consider dowsing to see if you can determine what you need for permanet growth. Check the alternative methods folder. I had a similar story, but mine was using the glandular BO. Once I stopped, all the swelling went away.
