Hello! I've been taking fenugreek & saw palmetto for about a month now and am getting slight breast pains every now and then, but no noticeable growth. I've just ordered a six month supply of vanity as it lists those two ingredients plus more, and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with it?

i'm sorry, i can't help you 'cause i have never taken Vanity, but one of them that actually worked for me a little was SBS. it has fenugreek, fennel, saw palmetto, and wild yam. but i would not go with SBS again 'cause their business has gotten pretty horrible. what are the other ingredients that are in Vanity?

Hey Sydney. I tried Vanity for six months and it did absolutely nothing for me. I also tried SBS and it didn't work for me either. As you will see as you search through this board, more people have success using noncommercial brands and by buying the herbs separately. This gives you more freedom to adjust your regime to suit your body. I suggest you look through the Routines section of the board and go from there. Good luck!

I read about a another member who believed she grew 1inch with vanity. do a search for vanity for the last year or so and see what you get on this ste.
