Hello I am new here and want to say hello. I have got a tonne of questions - I want to learn about NBE. I know i have a lot of research to start.
I am not sure where to start….What product i should try first. I am reading how this has helped some women and i don't want to wait i want to try some right now!
I know nothing about NBE and hormones, herbal effects etc. Is there somewhere good to read the basics, in a non biased place? I will search this forum and read it all as well.
Also i do not eat animal products (no eggs, dairy products, meat of any kind) - and i eat a lot of soy and tofu, would eating a lot of soy stop the herbs working?
Also it is very wonderful to see how some people have had results, I am almost to scared to try because i am sure it won't work for me and i don't think i can handle dissappointed right now. But it great and wonderful to see some other women have gotten results.
thanks!

The only thing I can tell you (since I'm pretty new also) is to NOT get a commercial brand of breast enhancer. Its too expensive and the chances of getting good results are pretty slim from the research I have done. I suggest starting at www.greenbush.net/hargirbrease.htmlThere you can get herbs for around 80 dollars compared to around $250 for the commercial brands. Read through the site, its very interesting and the testimonials actually seem reliable. Plus i believe a few people on this site have had some success with the greenbush herbs. Good luck

There are now some e-books which summarize what NBE is about. Fawn's site has one with dowsing/p-method botanicalbeautylab.com and Lucy from this board also wrote one which she has on flat2fab.com. Both of these texts provide good summaries, ideas, and options. Wen'

Most vegan women have absolutely no luck with NBE. Not entirely sure why, but they don't.
We're not sure if it's the high soy or the lack of animal fats. You could try it avoiding soy, just sticking with rice and beans and whatnot.

i really really suggest you start with the books that wen listed. ive been a member for over a year and i have done my own research and spent months going throught this board trying to learn anything i can about NBE. I will tell you that it is hard and can be confusing. i really love these books. they condence and simplify everything that this board has to offer. i garantee that after you read the books most of your questions will be answered. and you can concentrate on asking questions about how you should tweak your personal regimine to fit your needs. i also suggest going through the routines section and look and compare what everyone is doing. some of the ladies of this board have been updating their progress so you can see trends for what seems to be working. You can also do a search on this site if you have any particular point of interest.
But the first steps and the easiest steps to take is to read the books. They are an absolute treasure and you will love them. or you can spend a few months reading though this board and the old board and doing your own research. Finally i suggest you read through the latest 2-3 pages of the General board to get a feel for what has been happening lately. and feel free to ask any question.
welcome and i hope you enjoy this board like i have

hey raindrops, i'm also pretty new here and i agree that u should avoid the commercial brands-best to tailor to your individual requirements, except mirirfem which people seem to have good things to say about-including myself. u could also look into hypnosis and dowsing-there's loads of info on this site about it and i'm giving both a go. anyway good luck with ur BE x
