Hi everyone. What a blessing this board is! I'm 33, one child non breast fed, 34 very small B. I originally started taking Saw Palmetto mid April to stop some unwanted hair growth. After approx 3 days my breasts were tender, sore and swollen. Following week I started Fenugreek and ramped up the SP and started massage once daily. The third week I began WY and ramped up the F. My breasts are still sore/tender though not as much and very obviously fuller/rounder. Still lacking on the top but filling out nicely everywhere else. AF has come & gone, no changes up or down. Here is my question as I can hardly believe this is happening! The soreness signals "growing pains"? Like when I was a teenager and had them but never really grew? My present doseage for all herbs now is 575mg 4x daily. Once I started the WY I began getting headaches, thinking of reducing that one. I also want to mention that I do smoke, I take the herbs sometimes with food and I drink coffee/pop 3-4 times daily. Doesn't this go against what you're supposed to do?

Yep, but who can argue with success? Keep doing what you're doing.
The headaches are more likely from the Fenugreek which causes lower glucose levels. You can take some hard tac candy once in a while to counter it.

Also, don't ramp up any more on the Fenugreek. If headaches become intolerable, then you may want to back down one pill of the fenu to see if you feel better.

Thanks for your suggestions! I guess I assumed it was the WY because that's when the headaches started but you are probably right about it being the F. Before I reduce the F, do you think I should try spacing them out through the day? Alot of times, I will take all 4 at once. Maybe that's too much? I've always been prone to headaches and nothing much seems to help these ones, not even my migraine medicine.
Honee-I posted my routine in the routines section and I'll definitely keep it updated.
Best of luck to everyone and keep positive!!
