Hey everyone. My name is Jena and I am 18..on the verge of 19. I of course am new. I am currently taking NewBust (it was advertised on 93x..my local rock station). Anyhow, I havent seen much of a difference and I was wondering if smoking and coffee and soda will stop my breasts from growing. My boyfriend said it looks like my right breast grew (which is great because it was smaller than my left breast) but I don't really notice a difference. I also read on another site that Flax seed will help? Please let me know.. Thank you

for me coffee, soda, chocolate and sugar stopped me from growing no matter how many pills I popped. For some women all ofthe above hinders grows, very few grow while eating and drinking those. Guess that's why a lot of the products tell you to stay away from soda and caffeine.

How long have you been taking NewBust? Growth sometimes takes up to 6 months before you notice anything. If patience is tough you may want to try out this folder beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=popularYou may be fine with the current product but may find you need to add an additional herb to aid in your progress. Commecial pills tend to have less of what you actually need. If you look through the routine folder you will see what dosages per herb that has worked for others and can calculate from there. Cheers Lisa
