Hello to all of you!
This is a great board and I've been browsing around for quite a while now trying to get my head around this array of new info, so thought it was high time I said hello, and thankyou to so many great contributors
I'm 35, 2 children and from the UK and I'm staggered at the info available on here. The first thing I did was to order a Greenbush enhancement kit, as it seemed an easy and uncomplicated first step to take, although I'm open to adapting this as I go along. I've been using this for 13 days now, and even though it's early days I definatley have a fuller bust especially the upper part, along with quite a strong degree of aching - I do know AF's on her way, but it's not normally anywhere near this uncomfortable, time will tell....
I've ordered Fawn's e-book which is great, and I'm very open to dowsing and have been trying this for a week now. I feel very very comfortable using my P, and do feel there is a 'connection' there which is amazing as I would have regarded myself as somewhat of a sceptic!! (I get backwards forwards for yes, and left to right for no though, and thought it was usually the other way round?) At the moment I'm still not sure if it's my thoughts and wishes that I'm seeing or anything else, but I'm certainly going to persist. I'm currently a 36aa and it told me to expect a b cup around the end of June with a potential D cup in more than 11, less than 12 months - seems crazy I would get that big, but it's going to be an interesting few months! I have a question for any of you please. I've read recently on here that soy should be avoided whilst on BE, but I'd already bought a tub of soya lecithin protein shake, as I'm very tall and skinny and though it would be a good idea as I read on the leaflet that came with my greenbush kit that soy should actually be increased. So I'm a bit confused at this conflicting info - I did check with my P and it said not to take it but get a whey based one instead - any thoughts? Also, I was using sweet almond oil as a carrier for the massage with the herbal blend, but seemed to quickly develop a spotty chest. My P indicated to use a seed based oil, either Hempseed or Flaxseed to be precise, so again wondered if anyone had any thoughts on this as I'd never even heard of these being used as carrier oils? Questions questions!! Any advice greatly appreciated, and once again all, thanks for what has now become the latest obsession in my life
