Lilsx1, howdy and boy did I open a can of worms with all my questions,..I think we should not look at these discussions as arguments but as differing opinions that help us all achieve our goal of BE according to our differences and beliefs..Frankly, I'm going to try dowsing and also would love to know about everyones routiens..In fact, I am very interested in your experience and what you have dowsed for your routine..I imagine I could look it up in the routines..Anyway , congradulations..If i could be a solid B then I would be right where I want to be..Dafodil

Okay - here's my take on "dowsing".
As I've said before, the way I see dowsing is as a reverse form of hypnosis; however, instead of putting new programming in, you are "reading" the current programming to find out what is already there.
Hypnosis affects the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the most primitive part of the mind and is similar to the basic brain stem and limbic system of the brain.
If it makes it easier to understand, you can compare the conscious mind to the cerebral cortex where all the higher thought, reason, logic, communication, etc. take place, and you can compare the subconscious mind to the lower brain; i.e. limbic system and brain stem, where all the autonomous function and instinctive response takes place.
This is NOT to say that these parts of the brain are where they conscious and subconscious "live", but they are similar in function.
Your subconscious mind is your instinctive response programming to help you survive. As well as causing behavioral reactions to situation, it is also hooked up to the body to change body responses to situations.
The subconscious is where the conscious mind, the "self" and the body meet and interconnect.
For example, if you were bitten by dog when you were 18 months old, your subconscious mind would program the response of being afraid of dogs. And you can compare subconscious patterns as exactly that - "programs", or "if-then" statements in the brain. So, now you see a dog that looks like the one that bit you, and consciously you think "I don't like dogs - they are dangerous" and your subsequent behavior would be to avoid the dog.
Not only does the "avoid dog" program affect your conscious behavior, but your autonomous body functions as well. Your body responds to the presence of the dog by eyes dilating, adrenaline flowing, heart pumping, to put you into a "fight or flight" mode.
And this body response often happens when there is no conscious thought about the dog as well. You may now like dogs, and want to have a dog like that, and even though consciously you don't even notice the dog, when the dog is around, you still get the fight or flight response.
People are funny.
Anyway - as I said - the subconscious is where the mind and the body connect.
Hypnosis changes the programming in the subconscious mind (like if you chose to get rid of your fear of dogs, because the love of your life breeds bulldogs).
Dowsing - in my opinion - reads the programming that is already there.
The subconscious mind has an idea of what substances affect the body, and what state the body is currently in. If you can read that state, you can know what substances will change the conditions, or work with the conditions.
Although I absolutely LOVE to give out flat information, in some cases it's just not effective. Suggesting a change in phytoestrogen to a stronger one is pretty useless if the current state of the body is that it has been overwhelmed with phytoestrogens that the receptors have down-regulated.
And providing progesterone when the body is currently not workng on building glandular tissue is counteraffective.
Also, suggesting IGF stimulating when there might be some DNA damage is a bad idea, though IGF stimulation at a later time might be helpful.
I think dowsing has some limitations, but I think it's a way of connecting to the inner programming of our body that can be very useful.

I agree that people should share their experiences and not look at it as an argument - what I am saying though is that people are turning it in to an argument by flat out saying that one thing or another doesn't work and that is just asking for trouble and is extremely ignorant and can be offensive. I don't know that I have my routine posted because it continues to change and I don't think that my routine will necessarily work for someone else. I am more than happy to help but I think each woman has different needs and thus needs her own routine.

Gotta add a few more cents here.
I know I saw 'Dowse' for a lot of my responses, but it's because I've explained the same things numerous numbers of times and have simply gotten tired of typing the same things over and over. This board has a search function (which is awesome). Just like anywhere else, if you want the info, simply research/search it up. People don't, but really, the best thing for them to do anyways is dowse. It'll be different in regards to what they should do or take or stop. So after being forum active for several years now, I always typed all the 'science' part down and dowsing but I know now, it still won't necessarily apply, so I've stopped bothering doing both.
In the Alternative Methods folder, there's some good beginning basics for dowsing for BE. The e-book is a good source too and has a TON of more details on how the progesterone, estrogen, testosterone, IGF and many other hormones work together and have been scientifically observed to work when breasts grow. You can perhaps collate this info together reading medical texts and lots of surfing, but it can be done after a bit of learning medical lingo and time.
In any case, my opinion on how dowsing works is this. Dowsing (as Fawn alluded to) is a means of accessing information of the subconscious, but is also a way of getting info 'ABOVE AND BEYOND' from the Superconscious. The 'all-knowing' level is what allows us to know beyond what we've interacted with or stored (which the subconscious stores). On the same vein, my opinion on being able to accurately dowse for other people is that we're once again tuning into the the 'ABOVE and BEYOND' frequency to 'read' others. The easiest way to explain it is just like satellites send out signals and you're able to get reception waaaay down in your house, we can also tune into someone else waaay on the other side of the world.
Anyways, cheers to those who give dowsing a try. For all the science talk out there, I think the ones dowsing are the ones with the easier and more successful routes of NBE.
I for one am much happier and bustier for it. My pocketbook is extremely happy, too.

I agree with Fawn, Wen and Lil. I'm much more intune with my body since dowsing. I don't second guess anymore or follow someone else's program cause they are growing. Or try different products cause other people are growing or they sound good to try. My routine now is completely different than what Joel told me to try with greenbush. Or the man with Femax. Or what Liz told me to try with wonderbreast. On all of their programs I did not grow and felt like crap and wasted tons of money. ANd yes I tried them longer than a month. I was almost a year on each program with NO growth. I'm finally growing it is a slow process. My rountine is always changing cause it depends a lot of what I eat. I found out too much sugar stops me from growing and so does too much caffeine even decafe I'm limited to. Even a lot of stress does me in. So dowsing has helped me a lot. But also reading up on dowsing has helped. So has the e-book. But the best part is I'm more intune with myself and I don't second guess myself. Over all it has helped me become a better person and I'm not obsessed with my breast anymore, I feel better about myself. If you don't believe in dowsing then the best advice I can give is keep a journal and a notebook In the journal write down every thing you take each and every day. Measure when your suppose to. In the notebook, print routines, your body type and all the other great info that is on this board. This way you have it on hand and you don't have to search for the info on the board everytime you need to check something. Yes it is very time consuming, but it is also very helpful. Fawn, Wen and others have posted very good info on this board, and it is not fair to them, because some of you are too lazy to do research, for them to answer the same questions over and over again when all you have to do is a search. We are very lucky that they are still here to help.
