Hi Everyone! I am a newbee and have been taking herbs for almost 3 weeks. I will post my routine in the routine section and stats in the stat section. I just wanted to introduce myself and ask a question about exercising since summer is on the way. I want to achieve maximum results and don't want exercising to decrease or halt growth but I do like to be firm and toned. I have a "total gym" and I walk 3 miles a few times per week. I have taken a total break from exercising since I started the herbs. I also looked at the exercises on the t-tapp site. Just wanted to know what anyone is doing to keep in shape and grow.

Since you're dowsing, simply get indications if there are any excercises of which you're doing too much of. I worked out 2-4x's a week 1-2 hours each time while dowsing NBE. For me, that was fine. May not be for others. Wen'
