Hi everyone. I am 25 with two small children. I always considered myself a Bcup. But I guess pregnancy and breastfeeing has taken its toll because I now measure to be a soft, saggy Acup. I researched BE products and found myself hoping they would work for me. Those testimonials sure are convincing. But the products are expensive, and my cashflow is low. So I settled buying herbs individually online. I ended up spending about $30 on 200 capsules of each: fenugreek 610 mg, saw palmetto 540mg, wild yam root 405mg, and fennel 480mg. This is mg per capsule. I have been taking one of each in the AM and PM, except for fenugreek, I take 2 twice a day. I has been only two week and there has not been anything, no tingling, no growth or increasing fullness. Should I just keep up this current routine, or should I increase something or add something? Thanks for any advice or ideas.

If you read around this board you will find that a NBE is a long task that will have lots of ups and downs!!! Sometimes you'll see growth after a couple of weeks, for others it can take months! Most people/companies advise to try a routine for at least 3 months. Everybody needs different things at different quantities to make their boobs grow and there are two methods of finding out what you need: trial and error or a method which some use called 'dowsing' (see the 'alternative' folder for more details). I've learnt that you need a lot of patience for NBE, but I really advise massaging reguarly in addition to the pills. This certainly has made my boobs fuller and firmer! my other advice is read around and do some research(especially this board!). That'll help you figure out what is good for your body. LM
