hi there! I'm been scanning this site for a couple of days to gain knowledge before i start my own BE routine. I'm going to be using Greenbush enhancement pills with the extract for massage. I'm 23, a 34B (just!) have tried no BE techniques before (although the thought has crossed my mind many times!) 5ft 7 and about 60kg. My body type is communicator (i think) i'm a UK size 8 on top, have a flat stomach but larger butt + thighs (making me between a 10-12 on my lower half). I do not change bust size when my weight changes. Do you think the Greenbush routine is a good place to start for me? I've managed to work out many of the complicated techniques that you describe in the forums but I was wondering how people establish their hormone levels e.g. excess oestrogen, limited progesterone, testosterone etc etc? and once you've figured out at what hormonal state your in, how do you alter your routine to suit it? Any advice would be great! and i'll keep you all updated once I start my routine. LM

I just found your links to the sites where you can find out if you have a hormonal imbalance. Thankfully I don't but is there then a standard routine to follow? Also, a couple of years ago I had a breast abscess. It was a random occurence that the doctors couldn't explain (i'm not middle aged, a smoker or a diabetic) but I certainly would not like it to happen again (more people saw my boobs in those months then I thought would see them in my entire life!!!) Do you think using herbs would be ok? LM

Are you sure you're not a nurturer? You're description of your body (smaller on the "upper side" of your body than on the "lower side") sounded much like mine, and I'm a nurturer.
