Hi Im new and pretty confussed at the moment as to what to try. Ive had higher then normal testosterone levels for a few years and i find that if i keep a bit of weight on my levels are not so bad, which is odd as it's usually the other way around. Ive only ever tried one herbal breast enhancer which I took for 4 mths and I noticed a bit of change aprox 2.5cm but i had started on a new contra-pill at the same time and wasn't sure which of the 2 had this effect on my body. so I gave the herbs up and about 2 mths later the effect was gone .Not sure what happened! could some one please help me out a bit I realy want to start on something asap.

thanks for your reply momi,"it was helpfull info I didnt know that saw/palm could help reduce testosterone levels. It makes sense that, that product did something for me as it consisted mostly of s.p but.in very low doses as they dont bring any stronger products into Australia. At least not formulated products.

There is something in saw palmetto that "blocks" the hormone DHT (a type of testosterone) from being picked up by receptors. So, your total test level won't go down, it just won't be picked up in tissue cells. It is mostly used by men to help control prostate enlargement (which is caused by high DHT) and hair loss (caused by high DHT). Also, a "bit of weight" actually increases your estrogen production, so the balance might be helping your high testosterone levels. It seems that 5 grams (5,000 mgs) of saw palmetto is a good starting point for high-testosterone women. Hopefully you will be able to find the straight herb near you at a reasonable price.
