Umm.... hi. My name is Rachel, and I just recently ordered some bottles of Bosom Contour [off of ebay ]...... I realize after coming here and looking around that just about everyone here uses individual herbal products and I probably should have started there. Anyway, I think I'll try what I have and if that doesn't work hopefully get some help to start a better routine. If it does work, I'll be sure to let everyone know! That is, if I'm not intruding too much here........ Just for information, I am 19 years old and right now I'm actually wearing a 34E size bra. I'm really not that big [though I am pretty big, I guess]..... I mostly have like a cup size of extra skin, though, as I lost a lot of weight too quickly sometime last year. I'm hoping to make myself less saggy, either by firming up or filling them out. Out of curiousity, too.... I see a lot of people mention their body type?? What is that, does it help, and how do I find out what I am? I'm sorry if this should be obvious, but I haven't found it anywhere..... And I don't know what blood type I am, either. Is this a problem? Well..... in advance .... thanks for welcoming me here! Y'all seem like a very nice community, and if I can, I'd like to stick around.
- Rachel

Hi Rachel and welcome to the board. If all your looking for is to firm up, a standard mix commercial product should do fine for you. Once you finish off the product, you should have a better idea of how it will work. If it doesn't help, you may want to switch to a different type of program. Not sure where the body type info is, but check the "Favorite Links" section for lots of good info. Again - welcome. Fawn www.botanicalbeautylab.com

Hi there, If you want to firm up, it might be good to try massage. I was around an A cup when I started out and saggy after having had kids, but since using herbs and gradully filling out, the sagging has definitely improved. I think it's also due to massage - I don't use anything to massage with although some do. I 'knead' the tissue then cup my hands around my breast at the base and tug gently outwards. This is just my own method. There are plenty of others (the board has a handy search function to find specific info) Warrirorqueen

Thanks for the welcome and the suggestions! I really don't want to get much bigger.... but i am really quite saggy, so I might need a little to fill it in. But I've just recently started massaging. Or at least, trying to. I tend to forget with all the stuff going on lately. I'll be sure to go check out those links now, too, and look around more. I really want to take this seriously, because I think it would really make a difference in how I look at myself! Thanks again - Rachel

I've heard about that!
... I currently live in Holland, though, so I don't know if they're available here.....
Also, I've noticed that my breasts are slightly sore lately when I message them. I am about to start my period, but I have almost never experienced breast soreness or anything..... so is this a good sign or am I being too rough?
Thanks again!

Quick Weight Loss is a TERRIBLE tragedy! Same thing happened to me! TWICE! At 19, your saggy skin should rejuvinate on it's own, given time. Commercial products are fine, especially for those just starting out. The herbs are generally lower dosages, so if you will react to them, it wouldn't be as harsh, like in allergies. Give it a good 3 mos. I personally grew on commerical's, stalled, went to individuals and grew again. So they are NOT a bad thing. Body type can be found on this page beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=Newbees&action=display&thread=1089385436Welcome to the Board! Bust of Luck!

I hit puberty really early.... had way big boobs..... and still have stretch marks. I've always been a little on the saggy side from that [and not wearing proper bras due to no-one teaching me and stuff].... but Yes! Weight loss is horrible for your boobs if it's too fast. I didn't even notice at first, but when I and my b/f look back, they used to be fuller. I'm glad someone has used commercial products. I've been pretty skeptic, but I figured if I could buy 3 months for $30, I might as well try that. I hope it works for me like it did for you! I'm mostly just wondering how I will know if it's working early on.... same with the massaging..... . but I'm betting if I keep looking around here, I'll find lots of gems of wisdom! EDIT: I am a nurturer with 25% body fat..... I would have thought less. Darn. I guess I'll go on a diet before starting my BE.
